Absolute wasters! Dishonest and the worst customer service ever. Bought a pump and it failed in under 1 year. Emailed at least 5 times and called 5 times. No answer. What a bunch of incompetent fools. I will follow them legally as the item is still under warranty. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered pump spare parts. Delivery took weeks. No notification received about the delay. I emailed and inquired: no reaction. Finally receiving parts, I realized I had ordered wrong parts: Emailed the company, requesting a instruction of how to handle return and new shipment. No response whatsoever. Called them: nobody answered the call. Next day, I decided to get an end to this farce: called: no answer. Immediately called: no answer, immediately called and so on, minimum 8 - 10 times... Then it was picked up! ...and phone was placed on a table; nobody talked. Can you believe it?! This is by far the worst, deceiveing company i have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything. And if you do anyway: be sure to use Paypal or credit card to be able to get a refund (which will take a loong time and lots of efforts). Never use bank transfer, which I was naive enough to do. HANDS OFF! Disgusting "business", if one can call it that.
