Unfortunately I think this dating service is a complete scam. After confidently saying they could match me with someone from a catchment areas across London and the South East I have only had 7 profiles shared with me who liked my profile and I’ve not had one match or date in 15 months after paying £5000. The agreement was that they would even share my profile with other agencies if they didn’t have someone in their database. It’s apparent that they don’t have many men of their books and the men get a much cheaper rate for joining from a comment that was made. I’ve seen a few of these 13 men on online dating sites so it’s apparent they aren’t getting matched either.
I thought this was the safe dating option but I feel completely appalled by the service and that I’ve been taken advantage of with the claim that this is a much safer secure way of dating.
Following a complaint they just claimed that were working in the background but in their terms they guarantee a number of introductions. Unfortunately this isn’t true.
Even given your review feedback below you are dismissing my preferences below that I gave you and making out that it is my fault that I have not had a match. I was assured on joining that there were plenty of people in your database that match my criteria.i also have written evidence that I have shared with your team about how men are getting reduced rates and you are now dismissing that below too. This just highlights the lack of integrity and regard for your clients and how you are meeting their needs. This is actually called gaslighting your customers.

We cannot accept this review as fair comment. Certainly, we are not a scam agency, having helped many clients to meet their true soulmate through the personal and professional work that we do as matchmakers over all of the years we have operated. We do not offer reduced fees specifically for men and more than fulfilled our agreement with supplying the profiles of over 20 prospective partners who met many of your preferences in a partner. You declined profiles due to your opinion of the man concerned not being sufficiently attractive, which is always a subjective attribute and not necessarily something we would have concurred with, also for being too tall, and there were many others who we might otherwise have suggested to you that we were unable to put forward due to their having children, which we were asked us to avoid, although you have children of your own. Unfortunately, some men you did want to proceed with, unfortunately, chose not to progress the match with you, which was not within our control. However, we genuinely worked hard throughout to search for a successful match for you and understand that it was disappointing not to see the outcome you had hoped for.

Useless sight
I joined this agency in the hope they would find me my perfect match in 18months I had one date and most of he profiles sent to me for approval said no ! If they were doing their job properly surely the matches wouldn’t be saying NO .. it wasn’t cheap and they insisted on all the money up front so I felt
They didn’t have to work for it
They obviously didn’t have enough men on their site though they told me they had 11,000 .
I’m not unattractive a women of means yet they couldn’t find me a match
I had different matchmakers during my membership due to them leaving so that is another question to ask your self !
I felt totally let down and robbed of a few thousand pounds I could have spent more wisely
