Wonderful service and very understanding staff
I have been a client for a number of years and service has been wonderful. The tinnitus I had been experiencing has reduced considerably. I lost my hearing aid once and staff were very understanding and a replacement was made available very quickly.

The appointment went well. It took longer than a half an hour. Both the ladies were very professional and my daughter got through the testing.

I have never reviewed anything before but I want to share the excellent help I received from Robyn. Not only highly scientifically qualified but also patient and empathetic, she was in no rush to sell the hearing aid, preferring to adjust it to my needs over several visits. I cannot recommend her highly enough, having already done so to friends

I have nothing but praise for Zoe who guided me through the whole process of choosing, fitting and tuning my hearing aids. Previously I had been both apprehensive and sceptical. Jo always kept me informed and up to date and assisted me when I needed it.

Had a hearing test and fitted with new hearing aids which are superior to my existing hearing aids.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The audiologist was incredibly thorough and informative. Highly recommend Attune, Kippa Ring.

The play techniques used with my 4 year old son were highly effective in that he thoroughly enjoyed the experience and all tests were able to be completed.
Delini was a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend her as she is very thorough in her explanations and is just generally very nice in her interactions.

I was given a thorough examination of my hearing and hearing aid proficiency. It was professionally done with explanations of each step of the procedure. I was treated in a courteous manner throughout.
