Always reliable service, parts are sometimes a day or so late but thats the shipping company. Markus has a wealth of knowledge in the ATV -UTV - Market, some parts can take a month if orderd from South Asia. I have been buying from the ATV Store for 7 or more years. Sometimes parts have been very difficult to find Gearbox parts & Engine parts, costing Markus many hours looking and identifying ordering then packing and shipping.
I have personally collected parts, the telephone constantly rings and Markus answers, sometimes just to help diagnose an engine fault for a caller, he always goes out of his way to help. I am disgusted with what some people have written, Non of them truly understand how hard it is to run a company, & how quick your comments can damage that company while you sit behind your mobile phone or computer.
