I was charged $27.85 fee as part of my booking. I provided details from my bank statement, but they couldn't see it . Bluepillow requested a copy of my bank statement witch I'm unwilling to provide. I'm voting with my feet, I will not be using this booking site again. Ido not recommend this booking site.
They lure you into their site with great prices for accommodation on google then when you try to book it says not available.

A great go to price comparison website. Their scope for domestic Australian search ... from 1☆ outback/rural accommodation through to 5☆ City/resort... is immense.
Understand though that au.bluepillow.com receive their data from a wide range of actual booking / hosting sites, and you will sometimes get a varied result once you click through (ie, availability, room type, services etc).
So after clicking through always complete AGAIN your own due diligence with the actual booking site for the T's & C's that THEY offer (or direct with the hotel etc) as the third party site is providing you the service AND NOT au.bluepillow.com (this is lost on many complainants on their global site bluepillow.com ).
At the last moment just a few days before Christmas 2022 when outback locations were in short supply because of the impact of the widespread flooding &/or simply at capacity because of pre-festive season surge, au.bluepillow.com was superb in sorting through the limited options for our needs (in brief: pet friendly accommodation in rural/regional areas with one days notice!).
AGAIN ... au.bluepillow.com are a search & price comparison site ONLY. Follow through & double check all terms etc with the actual reputable booking provider/accom service (booking.com & Mantra Pavillion Wagga Wagga in this case; neither could be faulted).
Highly recommended & look forward to using again.
