Great product, and follow up

When I ordered a traditional Mongolian horse bow, the delivery details stated I would be given tracking information, and it would get to me in 20-30 days.
No tracking information ever arrived, and when my husband and I emailed them looking for some tracking information, we received an email back saying it would take an extra 20 days.
To this day, still absolutely no tracking info, nothing. I paid over $100, and haven't seen or heard anything since the email stating an extra 20 days which was over a week and a half ago if my math on dates is accurate.
All I can say is it's a good thing I didn't enter to compete anywhere. If I had counted on that tracking info and that bow getting here when I was told it would, I would be totally screwed.

One word - Amazing.
Brian is very helpful and quick with his responses. We had some issues with a bow and he sent us a replacement without any charges I got bows and arrows from him for all my children and will come back for future needs as well. Highly recommend it !

I have been buying online for a while now, this time around I am wanting to purchase archery equipments, even to the extend of been into a few shops in person, with extremely poor customer service experienced, was such a put off, altogether, just wanting to give up. Then I came across an advertisement promoting Huntingdoor, At first I was skeptical. Just thought I would try out buying something basic and cheap, to my surprised, the follow-up customer service receipt from Brian and Cassie, was second to none. All the way, through continuous sending of emails on the progress of the sale, keeping you updated all the way till you receive your purchased orders. Also, if in doubt, all questions are addressed, when asked. This has shamed , alot of the shops that I have been to in person or even online, most of which just could not be bothered or simply careless. Many of which, do not even respond.
Brian and Cassie, through their emails/correspondence have made every step of the way silky smooth. I have only been buying in the past weeks, I feel like I have already met them and known them in person. In today's circumstances, Brian and Cassie, have truly shined in their roles as sales representative for Huntingdoor, going the extra mile in ensuring you are looked after, which is something not many places that you get from these days. Now to the quality and description of items, I am really glad I came across Huntingdoor, all the products I have purchased have been of outstanding in quality, in my humble opinion, I am truly more than satisfied. In a short time, during the past weeks I have spent a substantial amount in purchases at Huntingdoor, I know Brian can vouch for that.
But foremost, in buying confidence, have to be proven to buyers (customers) like myself, Brian and Cassie did just that, ensured confidence. I am so glad to have eperience this pleasant oppourtunity. Brian and Cassie definitely broken the ice, rid the doubts, and regained customer's confidence when buying online. All that you read about Brian, mentioned in alot of the Customer Feedbacks, are all true. I will strongly recommend Huntingdoor to anyone, in a heart beat. Congratulations! Bow came in right in at 32kg at 89cm as advertised, build is nice and sturdy, done maybe 100+ shots currently and poundage hasn't dropped significantly, and the field point arrows are incredibly sturdy, despite being dinged accidentally against a straight brick wall at 10 metres the wall was more damaged than the arrow
