I just received a cardigan (Mid-length Batwing) I purchased from Aubreyandclaudia and it cost me €65 + €5.04 postage. I am shocked and disappointed with my purchase as on their site it is a beautiful thick woolen cardigan but in reality it is totally different fabric used and looks much thinner. Stay away from this site and save your money. I would not recommend them.

Stay a way !!!. Its all copies bad copies. not even close to the pictures.

My daughter spotted the Abstract supporter figurine on a Facebook post, she loved it, I purchased this for her birthday, it was priced at £26 in the sale. It arrived, it’s absolutely awful! Cheap plastic all the way from Shenzhen China! I wouldn’t pay £1 for it! I now have to send it back at more expense to me.
Wish I’d read the reviews here before buying!

Ordered a piece that was advertised on Facebook, very misleading, received a cheap piece of plastic. Wouldn’t trust this company.

Just got my order from Aubrey and Claudia two time zone watch and it is solid. It represented what I had in mind and went beyond what I imagined. My friends that saw it will be contacting you.

I had bought stuff from ads I see on Facebook and while my experience is a mixture of good and not so good, Aubrey and Claudia had an excellent way of dealing with me and I love the way they approached my order and kept me in the loop from the second I made the order till it arrived.

The watch was exactly what was advertised on Facebook and I am already having the Aubrey and Claudia experience with my two time zone watch. Picture me rolling.

I brought a statue of Jack Nicholson from The Shining. The photos looked great. I just received the statue aaaand it's a statue all right... Everything on it looks worse than on the photos. It looks like something a kid made at school. It was supposed to be a gift for my dad. I almost feel enberrased giving it to him. It weighs as much as a feather and the quality is horrendous. Filled with mistakes. It barely looks like Jack Nicholson. I would've never paid as much as I did if I would've known that.

Horrible business practices! I ordered a mask and helmet set from them and I only received the mask. It took 3-4 weeks to get delivered and when it finally did, the helmet was missing. I emailed them on December 29th and they said they would ship it out. On January 5th they emailed me again asking for a picture of a barcode which I did not have. I’m asking for a refund but I highly doubt I’ll get it. Don’t buy from them

I don’t know where to begin. I paid £23 for a Nordic Handcrafted Dream catcher. It was for my granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered it on 1st Dec. It didn’t arrive until 29th December. It came to me direct from China, with the goods value on the package $6. It is absolutely awful. Cheap, shoddy macramé work, really poor quality. Not handcrafted in any way. Now I am really struggling to get them to sort out a refund. They just keep saying they will discuss with the manufacturer and get back to me. I just want a refund !

The items (hedgehog wooden penholder & an abstract supporter figurine) that I bought were lovely, thank you! Took some time to arrive in the UK but I'm delighted nonetheless. I am even thinking about making my second purchase - the fluffy sheep toilet paper holder is too cute!

I am leaving 5 stars because after everything has been all said and done, we love the statues. We purchased the hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil face statues and are pleased with them. 1 of the 3 statues did arrive broken but after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement out immediately.

IT’S A SCAM!!!!! AND the company have even pinched the Original Artists photographs.

They are selling fakes and counterfeits of other artists.
Low quality, can't be trusted.

I bought a lovely rustic toilet paper holder that resembles a log. Our dogs would be unable to destroy the roll hidden inside. Unfortunately two issues rendered it useless. 1) The opening did not open wide enough to place a roll of tp inside, even after removing 1/5 of the roll. 2) The hanging device has screw holes so small that only screws too tiny to support the weight of the product would fit. Clearly this product was not tested.

I bought the set of three ‘see/hear/speak no evil’ black resin sculptures. Although they arrived seperately each individual piece came well packaged and in great condition. As advertised they look absolutely amazing and I am delighted with them! Many thanks,
