The companies involved are total scam artists, they keep changing their names when customers cotton on to what they are. They started off using Ivory as a name stating they were a NZ family owned company. Total bullshit. They then directed customers querying Ivory to Aubrey Sisters Australia also saying they had been in business for years. Please check every site for reviews before purchasing anything from them. Items from other clothing sites are the same photos from this companies site. Heaps of small boutique on line sales sites are connected to these companies. First rip off through Ivory would have been December 2024. After promising a refund for months that never came and repeatedly asking for the same information, my latest e-mail this morning was that the warranty on my purchase had expired and they could no longer issue a refund.

Terrible experience. I don’t recommend ordering anything from this company. They failed to comply with their return policy and charged a restocking fee for an item returned. The product quality was poor and sizing was off.

Kim Sofia website is not real. It’s a fake Canadian existence.

I bought from Ivory Auckland also known as Aubrey sisters so copying my review here as well so nobody else gets ripped off. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! same experience here. Cheap material. Sent back as instructed and they never refunded. Kept asking for same info and offered me 10% then 20% but never 100%. I now have no product and no refund! I’ll update if I get a refund….Ill keep following and see what name they change to…

Definitely a scam. Was very civil with the E-Rep about wanting a refund due to "crap" merchandise being sent. Every conversation was a different story, the last being that I had to ship back to China as there was no Canadian warehouse (supposed to be a Canadian company and the only reason I ordered anything). I have an email that confirms no return required and refund was being processed. Bullshit. Now working with my bank to expedite a cancellation of the original transaction.

I am now donating this item to our local Goodwill store and hopefully someone might benefit from my horrible experience.

This is a scam! They have now changed their name to Kim and Sophia. Do not purchase as this is not a boutique, but massed produced from China. I got two dresses, that were so poorly made.

The material is awful, the fit is small, the customer service is a joke....money back guarantee. NOPE! Do not purchase anything from this company. They should not even get a star - should be a negative star.

People need to know that the clothes do not come from Toronto. They are shipped directly from China. Therefore be cautious about size. I ordered an outfit last year. It fit perfectly. I loved it so much, I ordered it in a different colour. I ordered the same size. This time, it’s too small. The style has changed and the fabric feels like plastic. I contacted the company. They are very polite. They tried to get me to keep the outfit and give me a discount on another outfit. That does not work for me, even at 40% off. To return the outfit , I have to send it back to China. The company offers no assistance. I decided to donate the outfit, I cannot afford to spend any more money on this. It would cost me more to send it than I would receive from my return. I thought I could send it back to Toronto but that’s not how it works with this company. They are just the middle person.

Every person who has written a review is bang on! Absolute garbage clothes. The fabric of dress I ordered was supposed to be linen. Far from it. Horrible fabric I wouldn't even want to donate! Don't be tempted to order as you will be wasting your dollars !

Their clothes are not as advertised. They advertise cotton and they are 100% polyester and don't look at all like they advertise. Absolute garbage! Would give a negative star if possible. Asked for my $ back immediately upon receipt of these incredibly ugly clothes and was told shipping would cost me more and offered 40% refund. They advertise money back guarantee but don't follow through. Don't buy from this site.

I ordered $300 worth of dresses… When they came, they were nothing like the dresses that were in the pictures… Terribly made, terrible fabric, no labels an absolute waste of money. Hoping to get a refund, sadly, I think it’s a scam. Do not buy from these people!! I will continue to attempt a refund. I have learned my lesson. Check Trust Pilot FIRST !!!

If I could give zero I would except they did send me a product. It is a horrid dress unlike the photo in the website. The material is not cotton but ‘plasticy’ snd slightly shiny. Color is much darker than pictured and the fit is awful though it is supposedly ordered according to their sizing chart. They will make you pay a large amount to return the dress! Biggest deception is the ad says Canadian but that is just a warehouse in Canada to shop out clothes under all different store names made in China, Vietnam, Cambodia. Zero Canadian product! The sent me an email saying they would send a free return label so I could return the product then reneged and said I was confused and they couldn’t do that. I have the email which I sent back to them. They still said it was a mistake. Do not buy anything from them or most other two name companies. Do your research of independent reviews not the ones from their site.

I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it but was told: Sorry, your order has already been processed. The clothing I received was absolute garbage. Very poor quality. One item was missing. I'm not going to bother returning as from what I've learned it will just cost me more money. I will be binning the clothes as they are truly awful.
Lesson learned! Investigate these 'sound great' sites before parting with your hard earned money!

I agree with the other reviews, the product is crap. Polyester, not what is advertised. This is not a Canadian company nor is anything at all Canadian. The picture of the sisters is fake along with their product. Do not order from this website!!

I ordered a dress from this company based on what I saw online and it listed as a Canadian company. It is a lie. The quality of the dress is awful with no labels. I will attempt to get a refund which I am not holding out hope for. I am leaving this review in hopes that no one else makes a purchase from this store. Absolute garbage

I wish I had looked at reviews first! Complete scam artists operating out of China. Product is total trash. No labels polyester material. Definitely not made in Canada. They need to be shut down!!! I ordered 2 dresses from them and they are trash. Trying to return now but I'm sure that won't be easy. I will do a credit card chargeback for on-line scam.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This site is a complete scam. Claims to be Australian company and products. Items sent from China are all poor quality and substandard copies of the items advertised. Email contact indicating they will provide refunds of 30% because postage to return too expensive. Address for returns in China and no refunds received. Will be pursuing refund via Paypal -thank goodness that was how I paid.
