Shipping with FedEx expensive
Shipping with FedEx expensive, customs charge and administrative cost by FedEx. Shipping one item from Scotland to Sweden was 45% of total cost!! This was not clear on the homepage, when I placed the order.

Great Service
I placed an online order. There was a problem with the courier and they were unable to deliver. They were really kind and helpful on the phone and offered to send a replacement right away with some free balls as well. They eventually didn’t have the replacement I wanted so issued a refund right away. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a pair of Footjoy golf shoes…
I ordered a pair of Footjoy golf shoes SL Pro size 10 - available on the website and I paid for them. On the day of delivery I was informed that there was an error on the website and the shoes were not available. I was offered an alternative but declined and will come to the shop to determine if there is a similar alternative. I have 3 pairs of golf shoes - all bought from Auchterlonies - do this was very disappointing.

Very Commuicative
I was at Auchterlonies this past June and bought a couple of shirts there. I ordered an XS for my daughter-in-law as the website said it was in stock. Within a couple of day they informed me that there website was a little behind, and they immediately refunded my money. I can wait until they replenish their shelves and I will go back. Say hi to Sheena at the Dunvegan.
