I was very impressed with every aspect of my purchase from this Audacem. Speedy confirmation of order, excellent communication and quick and safe delivery. The product is unique and of high quality. I high recommend this company.

I purchased two Aequilibrium Spirit Glasses, including the coasters. At this price point, I was hoping for something a bit 'premium'. The glasses are lightweight and don't feel particularly high quality. The presentation box looks okay, but the glasses are mounted in cheap-looking polyethylene foam.

The coasters came packed in bubble wrap and can't be integrated into the gift box. They also have a rough surface finish. I'll try sanding them and oiling them to get them to look better but they look cheap and low quality.

If these were £10-20, then fine, but for £60 for the pair all in, there are better products out there.

Excellent products, great service, well packaged

Somehow the shipping company managed to misplace my shipment and Audacem made sure I did receive a replacement package. The wine glasses are beautiful and the wooden coasters make it complete. It makes for a very nice gift this Christmas.

I loved Audacem the service was excellent. I was looking for a gift for my husband who has everything and is hard to buy for but wanted to get him something special. I came across the audacem whisky glasses and he being a whisky connoisseur it was a perfect gift to add to his collection. He was genuinely impressed with his gift a great talking piece and now has a centre stage in his whisky lounge. Great service and product

I purchased some spirit glasses for my son. They are unique and absolutely beautiful. My husband was so impressed he insisted we order the coasters to complete the look!

What great customer service from this company. I placed an order this morning for delivery to Ireland (I am in the UK). Then I discovered something about the intended recipient that made the gift inappropriate. I wrote and asked Audacem to cancel the order and just hoped it would be read in time. That afternoon I got a lovely reply from Margareth saying that she had cancelled my order for me and processed the refund. I was so pleased and the products look great - I've noted them for a different recipients some time in the future.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I purchased two glasses and two coasters, and the quality is far below what I expected for the price. One of the glasses arrived with a visible air bubble in the glass, which makes it feel defective. The coasters, although made from hardwood, are unfinished and rough to the touch, which gives them a cheap and incomplete appearance.

For a total cost of over £60, this feels like extremely poor value, and I honestly feel as though I’ve been misled about the quality I would receive. I’m unhappy with this purchase and would appreciate a resolution, as the items do not meet acceptable standards.

Bought a set of glasses and coasters for my son’s Xmas gift. They arrived in good shape having been well packaged. Delivery was quick too which is a bonus.
The glasses & coasters look exceptional ( as shown in ads) and are good quality. Most pleasing was the communications from Audacem, checking that the items had arrived and assuring that they would be only too happy to assist with any issues. Great service that some other sites could learn from.

I was looking for something different for a friends birthday- the glasses and coasters are lovely and were very well received! They have been used for whiskey and wine and always get comments when they have guests

I have bought the wine glasses as a gift for my neice for Christmas & I know she will definitely order more because they are beautiful. Packaged lovely.

The marketing photos show glasses and timber coaster for the glasses I purchased, however I was extremely annoyed when I received the package to discover the timber coaster was not in the package. FALSE ADVERTISING!

There didn't appear to be any statement saying that the timber coasters had to be ordered separately. Had I known and ordered both I would have received free postage. Now if I decide to purchase the rest of what is to be a gift I will incur two lots of postage.

I am very unhappy with Audacem!

Purchased a set of two wine glasses and wooden coasters. Very responsive, great shipping and tracking. Wine glasses presented in beautiful packaging great for a gift. Only one suggestion if coasters are bought with the set they need to find a way to include them in the packaging rather that just being bubble wrapped and a seperate package. They seem like an afterthought rather than an integral part of the gift.

I bought the glasses as a gift, and they did not disappoint! They are beautiful—artwork in a glass, and they present a unique and quality gift. I had updates as they were shipping, and Audacem is an excellent company overall! For anyone looking for a lovely and unique gift, I recommend this company.

I have just purchased two wine glasses and two whiskey glasses, both with the wooden coasters, as Christmas presents. I can’t praise this company enough, the glasses are beautiful, lovely packaging and I even had a text to thank me for the purchase. I would highly recommend.

Purchased a set of wine glasses with coasters as a gift.
Arrived in quick time and presented in a stylish well padded box.
Quality is excellent, and will be a nice addition to the drinks cabinet.

I just placed my second purchase for the glasses with coaster. Perfect gift for the wine or whiskey enthusiast and they will certainly be a conversation piece at table table. When pouring a glass of single malt, you test the pour by tilting the glass, if it doesn’t spill, success! Can’t wait for them to be open on Christmas morning!

They arrived safely and communications were very clear throughout the whole ordering process. They are exquisite and now I have the dilemma of not wanting to give them away 🤭 guess there will be at least one more delivery heading my way. Thank you
