You all take forever in revewing accounts, moving from one phase to another or to the live accounts should be instant once one meets all the required targets. These are simulated accounts and its frustrating to just sit around for days waiting for a review on simulated accounts.
The review should be automated in a better way to reduce the transitioning period. You should learn from your competitors, most props after passing a challenge they immediately send you the next phase details and you can start trading the same day.
It might seem small but one misses alot just waiting for your team to review and it beats logic since if it was a breech it would have been detected immediately and an email sent informing you that, how comes you systems are only fast when it favours you guys, thats not right.
Years ago you were considered one of the best props but many have come up as competitors of late and most have overtaken you guys beacuse of such small concers, you can definately improve on that.
Also have a support system that allows me to interact with a live agent on the dashboard instead of having to raise a ticket each and every time i have a concern or question which takes days for a response to be provided, it will greatly impact your business positively, pple do not like waiting aroud, time is of essence.

Scammers!!! They Fabricate reasons to breach your account once you are profitable. They make all sorts of excuses not to pay you also.
(This is the 1st time I have done such an indepth review. I need to warn my follow Traders)
So this is my full experience with Audacity Capital.

I passed a 10K challenge and went on to have a 1st payout. I requested the payout on 24th March 2026. I got no acknowledgment of the payout request, no email nothing. So I thought I did something incorrect. I went to the traders dashboard and requested the payout a 2nd time.

On 30th March (7 days later) I got an email from them stating that my request to withdraw was REJECTED because it was duplicated!! I sent them an email protesting saying that the reason that I requested a 2nd time was because I got no acknowledgment of the 1st email.
My thoughts then was...how can you reject a traders payout if they were careful to follow all your rules? The pay out was rejected on a grounds that had absolutely nothing to do with trading or keeping to their rules. 1st Red Flag.
In any event they probably thought the better of it and eventually paid me the 1st payout.

Enter my 2nd payout request
So I carefully traded the account to a 2nd payout.
This time it was again REJECTED!!. They said that I copy/reverse traded with another firm. I was like WHAT!! Madness!! I have NEVER and will NEVER do something like that. They sent me some random pictures of my trades next to GOD knows who's trades and said that when I sold this firm bought the same lot sizes. So that means that I am in collusion with them.
So I went on to ask for proof....Company's name etc. They did not provide any info.

They emailed me seemingly concerned saying they will do a deeper dive into the trades. Then after 2 days they sent me an email saying that they were correct that I copy traded some firm. They could not provide any info on who it was and how exactly they came to that conclusion. They not only REJECTED my payout but they BREACHED my account.

My dear traders. Trading is hard enough. You spend your time, hard earned dollars, pain and suffering to qualify an account taking losses after losses. When you finally have a hard earned payout it is a really a BAD thing for a Prop Firm, because they don't want to pay you, make up reasons to decline your payment.

If I breached a rule I had no problem with them saying my payout was declined. But Audacity Capital is just dishonest. That's a whole different level of BAD. Also what is MOST upsetting to me is that they are accusing me of under handed practices and dishonesty when they are the ones being dishonest.

I really wish there was some Government Body we could report to, to deal with such unethical behavior by these Firms.

I have been working with Audacity capital for more than half a year, during which time I have formed good impressions about this company. Firstly, it is a good support service that answers all your questions, especially Rolando, who always explains in detail with examples how and what to do when difficulties arise. Also, the finance department, when withdrawing money, explains everything and advises how best to do it. I also like that during the challenge, the company provides more comfortable conditions in the form of increased daily and general risk. There are also no problems when withdrawing money from an already working account. Thank you for your hard work and the prosperity of your company.

Unfortunately, this triggered a Daily Loss limit violation. I thought I had lost the account, but the support team stepped in and saved it for me. My name is Ho Phuoc Tan, and I am a real trader, not a bot. I am posting this to warn everyone that Audacity Capital is a SCAM. I have all the proof, trading logs, and recorded evidence to back up my claims.

I passed two challenge stages (paying all fees) and earned profits on funded Account 158746. When I requested my payout, they blocked me and stole my profits using "hidden rules" that don't even exist in their manual.

LIES ABOUT SCALPING: Their own website says Scalping is only a violation if "MOST OR ALL" trades are under 2 minutes. I had nearly 30 trades, and ONLY ONE trade (3% of total) was around the 2-minute mark. They used this 3% to ban 100% of my hard work. This is total fraud and manipulation of their own Terms of Service.

LIES ABOUT TRANSPARENCY: They just sent me an email titled "No Hidden Rules." The reality is they have a "Payout Trap." They let you trade until you win, then they search for any tiny excuse not to pay you.

I AM REAL, THEIR RULES ARE FAKE: I am ready to provide my identity and full trading statements to any community moderator to prove this firm is dishonest. They refused even a simple account reset because they just want to keep the trader's money.

STAY AWAY from Audacity Capital. They are not a prop firm; they are a profit-stealing machine. I will be posting my full story and evidence on every major trading forum (ForexPeaceArmy, Reddit, Social Media) until justice is served.

Many years i came across Audacity Capital and realized the possibility to get rewarded for trading skills. I knew nothing about successful forex trading but i was hooked to the fact that if i only give time to learning the trading process, i had a chance to trade with funds beyond average income. Prior to this, I trader local stocks as buy side only participant of course but the word forex alone on my mind seemed like a complex algebraic algo environment or field. So, i felt discouraged. Years later, when i came across Audacity Capital, i applied to get funded and it was about to be a reality. My interview was scheduled for 18:00 GMT and i aced it based on an inherent traders' psychology and financial literacy i had developed over the years consciously and unconsciously. My interviewer, an easy going passionate and considerate lady or woman i guess, approved that i would be funded and a document was mailed to me which served as contract, terms and conditions. I was to be funded with $15,000, contract signed and all terms aligned. Unfortunately, i could not afford the 299 euros required as upfront to handle the account. I really needed to take this offer as i needed money to pay for my tuition or else, i was going to be off school because i couldnt pay school fees. To cut a long story short, i missed the offer. My consolation was that really, i didnt even know i needed MT4/5 to trade capital, i mean, i didnt know how to trade forex. I kept practicing demo, and determined that one day, i shall achieve trading success. i graduated to trading demo contest and was never among winners but ibecame more aware about trading possibilities: you know when you take a trade and hit 100% and more in a single day, hahahahah.... i wanted this. i gave time to reading and learning the skill of trading. Alas, i am here today as one of the winning traders of the March, 2026 Audacity Capital monthly competition. i made a 27% return in 30 days of the contest guys. i have won a prize for my performance in this contest after meeting all rules including trading consistency. Audacity has reached out to me to congratulate me and will be providing me with an account and gift. My dream has come true through the same Audacity Capital and i am grateful. I have been using their user friendly seamless dashboard, it is amazing and sharp. Customer support has been responsive and supportive, in addition to willingness to provide solution to every of my difficulties that relate to my encounter with them. Your system breached my compitition account by saying that i got my daily drawdown limit hit but as i can see my equity graph and stats
yesterday i closed my profits and my equity and balance was 276000 approx so i got my daily drawdown limit of 13800 approx
i made profits in very next trades and my balance reached around 323000 approx so i got daily drawdown limit of 13800+47000 =
60800
how can i breached my account even when u closed all of my trades (which would have been in 100000+ in profits) my balance was 302000 approx
when i reached my daily drawdown limit which is 264000 approx i was above all the time

I zm send u all the proofs that my equity never reached below 264000
