The program is fine. I have an issue with my subscription and nobody replies to assist me in changing it. Given that there is no method to contact them other than email, I thought I would use this platform. I keep being charged for a product and never receive a response. I hope this review will result in them responding to assist me so I can leave a better review.

Been a user since 2022. In that time I have not had any issue's, it just works, no problems. There has been some updates, again with no problems. Recently had to contact support and their response was quick and solved my problem, (registration related). Great bit of software for grabing music to HDD

I've used the Spotify software for many years now and have never had any issues with it, its super reliable and high quality. I've also enjoyed excellent support from the customer service team so I highly recommend them!

I wanted to make a couple of CDs for my Dad who has dementia and Alzheimer's. This software allowed me to do just that. First cd worked great, for the second I had to clear the cache in Spotify settings and restart the computer but then it worked fine again. When it came to cancelling my subscription, I had excellent service from the help desk who responded very quickly. I couldn't be happier and it's great to see Dad singing and moving his feet to the music. He can't remember what he did yesterday, but remembers the words to songs from the 50s 🙂

It will stop working on a new PC. In less than 12 hours Mila will solve it. Professional and fast work

Did not work on new computer. Even on sunday Mila fixed the prob and now audfreetidal works PERFECT !!

Very fast and quality service.

Great piece of software that works well out of the box.
I chose it over others because the sound quality is higher with up to 192khz/ 24 bits. The files at that option are large but the quality is very high.

I was using Tidal GUI but with changes at Tidal that no longer works - so I moved to Audfree and bought the full software rather than the hassle of having a monthly fee.
They say its for life - well we will see how long that actually is, but if it gets past 6 months then its saving me money after that.

Very easy to follow the 1-2-3 how to do it, and it just worked, no errors or issues. I did read the tips to understand what the icons do. I really liked AudFree (Windows 10) and it was for a specific need to convert many DRM audio files. Over a day or so.

Canceling my subscription was easy and quick!

I am so happy that I will purchase this again in the future if I have a similar need!

The program works perfectly and is easy to use. I used it so I could transfer my audible books onto my mp3 player. Customer service also answered quickly and were very helpful. 5 Stars!
