BE CAUTIOUS

BE CAUTIOUS! App doesn't work out of the box on modern apple OS/Hardware and when I requested a refund, only a 40% refund offered (after several weeks/emails) for an unusable product

1st Class Customer Support

I have been using Audfree for about 3 years and had come to the time where i needed to replace my old pc as the operating system was no longer supported.
I emailed Audfree support and asked if it was possible for me to delete my current copy of Audfree and then use my Licence on my new pc.
Mila replied and was very helpfull and after a couple of stumble on my part I managed to get it all working.

Amazing value with an excellent product

An excellent experience when reaching out to the customer support team. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions regarding any of my technical issues. This is Amazing value with an excellent product.

This was a very pleasant experience

This was a very pleasant experience.
Free trial, decided I like it then purchase a month (which was inexpensive) and the software works like a dream. No issues.
Changed from a PC to Mac and needed a little help. Within 12 hours they had replied with the fix.
Couldn't ask for anything more

Do not buy

Do not buy. Software does not work. They claim a money back guarantee but when you contact them they give a run around. I had to file a case with PayPal. Beware.
