Sadly Spotify has spiked this, and similar, software by being able to detect that your computer is recording the tracks even at 1X speed. Had my account suspended twice. Once when recording at fast speed and later when I reverted to normal speed. Unless there is a work around the good days are over. The Spotify App knows exactly what you are up to. Be warned.

don't be fooled, what this is is a glorified recording program, it works fine, but expect to take months to convert a large quantity of music files, as for each song it takes the full duration of the song to convert. It does work though, and maybe it's the only way to do it, but I was expecting a background system, not an active system that means I can't use Spotify while its running.

luckily for you, you have to pay for a month, so you have plenty of nights to let the background tasks run

What a great experience with Audfree! I have some technical issues with my license code and they helped me out timely & flawlessly. Now the product works perfectly with my Tidal. I am so happy with their such an excellent service.

AudFree Spotify Music Converter is the best music converter that I have ever used. It is easy to operate and download music from Spotify with high quality. And it outputs multiple audio formats for listening Spotify songs on different devices or players.

Really satisfied.
Some small issues:
1. Spodable always starts well but then Spotify itself has to restart and this not always goes well. Restart always helps. Small issue.
2. When converting, sometimes some of the tracks are ok and some not. For instance I convert an album of 14 tracks, all seem well, then I burn to cd and only then discover track 12 and 13 are copies of other tracks. only shorter or longer (like the real track should be). This happens ca 20-30% of the time. Now I preview all tracks before burning and if incorrect, re-convert/overwrite. That always helps.
If it wasn't for this I would give 5 stars.

I had a problem with this software, sent an email to support and they responded with good information allowing me to fix the problem easily.

Deezable is very easy to use and records every track with precision in great quality.
Support works very fine and quick response.

I have been using the program for about two years. It has worked perfectly, allowing me to renew my music collection from old lower res burnt CDs to Wav files directly from Tidal's master recordings. I had one small licensing issue when I changed laptop, and the support staff resolved it within 24 hours.

The programme was working fine on my Mac, but suddenly, with the update, it stopped working. The technical support does not offer me a solution, they tell me possible solutions and none of them work, and when I insist on solving the problem, they have stopped responding. Better to look for other alternatives to this program that work better.

Please think twice about purchasing this product. The download corrupted my computer and their customer service department is refusing any refund. I had the product less than 24hrs, explained what happened, and they are being difficult and unprofessional. I have never ever written a bad review about a product but I'd like to protect someone else from downloading software that clearly has a bug.

Software does what it is suppose to do. Customer service response time is really good. I got the Tidal converter and set my settings for mp3, 256, and the songs sound great.
