Great meeting! Charissa was on time and was very patient and knowledgeable while walking me through the presentation. She answered my questions clearly and was helpful with changing the ear dome size to get the right size for me. Helpful with how to change wax guards and the importance of regular maintenance. Competent, professional help to replace a lost case
Just got off a support call with Alan. My wife lost the case to her hearing aids, and I knew I had purchased some kind of replacement coverage, but couldn't find the record of it. Alan found it right away, and took care of getting us a prompt replacement. He was very pleasant and professional to deal with....and thank GOD I didn't have to sit through endless prompts to get a live human being. He came on the line right away.

I had a set of Ion hearing go bad
I had a set of Ion hearing go bad. They contacted me after my email and went through the areas of possible concern on the hearing aid. After all checks showed the hearing was bad they set me up for replacement. They are replacing it with the more advanced new models.
