From my first appointment and everyone since, everyone at Hidden Hearing Barnstaple have been exceptional. Shaun has been extremely supportive, and will always help out if there is any issues with my hearing aids, and always checks everything is working as it should, including checking in my ears.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing Barnstaple to anyone looking for a great audiologist.

My appointment at Hidden Hearing Barnstaple was uplifting as I was apprehensive because my hearing (although I had NHS hearing aids) was so poor. After talking to Shaun and doing the necessary tests, he assured me he could improve on my hearing. What a dramatic improvement!! I felt I was back in the hearing world again, it's wonderful! Shaun's patience, explanations etc were excellent, I cannot thank him enough and I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

I went to Barnstaple today for a fitting of my new hearing aids.
Sharon the receptionist offered us coffee and was very friendly. Shaun explained everything about the hearing aids and fitted them. He is very professional and made me feel very comfortable.I am so happy to have found this company. Hidden Hearing and would recommend them 100%.

Shop easy to find with good local parking. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with good facilities. Made my visit very enjoyable and made my wife feel comfortable!

My meeting was with Shaun Samuels who was very friendly and gave me a very good test and adjusted my hearing aids which are now improved.
It was a worthwhile appointment.

Can’t fault them. Insisted on speaking to family member to make sure mum was happy to go ahead, as it is a big expense, and I had to go to the fitting so I knew exactly what she was told and what support was on offer, what she should expect etc. Yes, it was very expensive, but has made a real difference, and there is support included for the life of the hearing aids.

My husband has been using Hidden Hearing for several years now . Shawn has always been personable and easy to talk to . Very thorough and informative. We would recommend this service to anyone requiring hearing aids .

I needed new hearing aids and had a very poor experience at Boots Barnstaple. I saw some positive reviews for Hidden Hearing and they were not mistaken. What a fantastic experience. Shawn was professional and honest. He ran a much more thorough diagnostic than I ever had with Boots. The hearing aids I bought are great and worth every penny. Found Hidden Hearing today, I have hearing aids, my left one is not working. I have moved to Barnstaple from Spain where we lived for 20 yrs. I needed to find a audiologist for future treatments. On reading the reviews i am so happy to have found them.

A calm atmosphere in pleasant surroundings enabled a stress-free initial hearing test. The hearing specialist explained everything very clearly and conducted the various tests efficiently. There was no pressure to purchase a hearing aid but the procedure, if one did, was set out in easily understood terms.

At the end of my first year with Hidden Hearing l would like to re-enforce my initial review based on the ongoing service I am receiving from Shaun and the team in Barnstaple.

Whether it is supplying consumables, ringing to check on my satisfaction or making the annual review appointment, everything happens with super efficiency and most importantly with a smile.

I attended my annual review yesterday and Shaun was extremely thorough in asking about my experience to date and any issues encountered as well as knowledgeable about my usage and in reassuring me that all was going well.

I said initially that the Hidden Hearing experience had been life changing and with 12 months of after service under my belt I can thoroughly recommend the service I am receiving.
