The visit was first class. Andy is very thorough and attentive.

Hidden Hearing representative was very thorough and considered all options for my relative's hearing loss at this time.
He was very reassuring, polite and informative pointing us in the right direction to improve my relative's hearing. After appointment he arranged a specific date for return stating what his action would then be.

The Bath branch has consistently demonstrated care and excellent customer service. This is clearly backed up by the necessary expertise.

Rosie made me feel welcome and relaxed. She explained all the details carefully and clearly. My sids are better focussed

I was very impressed by Hidden Hearing (Bath) and, in particular, Rosie Aylward who conducted my hearing test in Trowbridge. I must confess that before attending the test, I didn't feel I was missing much by not wearing hearing aids. I now realise how wrong I was! The hearing aids Rosie recommended have made a massive difference to me. Before I started wearing the hearing aids I would struggle to hear what someone was saying in a crowded room. Now I can hear them well. Also, I can actually hear cars approaching from behind (which I often couldn't before) so I feel so much safer as a pedestrian in town. I can now also hear bird song clearly - which is a great joy, and music sounds so much richer (before, I was missing all the high frequencies). Rosie took a lot of trouble to explain how the aids worked and what I needed to do to keep them working properly. Hidden Hearing's support is really amazing.

We found James Burt to be a very friendly, approachable person who took me through the process of choosing the right hearing aids for me. He was very thorough and helpful on all the occassions we saw him and he went out of his way to ensure I had my new aids in time for my holiday. I am very pleased with them and the excellent service James offered me.

Both my wife and myself were very impressed with this company.James Burt (Taunton) explained in person in good detail what they were going to do to supply my wife's hearing aids.They kept their word regarding modifications and follow ups.If all companies performed like them it would make transactions much more dependable.It has been a pleasure to deal with them,also the office teams are so helpful.Mr J and Mrs L Hooper.

Tassavar Ali, the audiologist, was highly professional, clear and helpful. I'm happy with the hearing aids, with his attentive service and home visits, and follow-ups.

I have paid a huge amount for your top of the range hearing aids but despite having shared concerns about problems with hearing on the phone, at two separate appointments suggestions about solving the problems were useless and I have lack of clarity and distortion when in a group setting.. so a big disappointments that have not been addressed

Today I saw Jessica Kelly for ear wax removal. She was kind, caring, and explained everything to me thoroughly in a very professional way. We met Andy as my wife’s hearing was getting worse.
From the moment we arrived with Amy on reception through to the hearing test and the fitting of Sandies hearing aids, nothing was too much trouble and the professionalism and care of Andy was amazing. We went to another “high st” audiologist (Spec Savers) and i would avoid them and head for Hidden Hearing to get the most professional advice and care. We did and we will never look back. Sandies now joins in conversation and has so much confidence that had been lacking over a year or so.
