Full marks to audiologist Ali and to Anna at reception. Yesterday was my first follow-up session and as with our first meeting the service was top rate: patient and thorough explanations and I felt well cared for and supported throughout the process. So pleased with these hearing aids; life has improved in full measure, well done and thank you.

The Reception lady is a bit rough in her manner, commanding people to sit down rather than inviting them to sit down if they wish - some people prefer to stand. The consultant was polite, considerate, and explained everything very well, but could have given the name of the recommended treatment in writing. More important, it isn't clear why a printout of the record isn't given to the patient.

Friendly and prompt service at a new premises in the heart of Cambridge. Lovely helpful receptionist and my audiologist and I have built up a very good working relationship to address my changing hearing needs. I would usually stay with the NHS for my hearing needs, but having been an Audika customer for three or four years now, I will be staying with them.

Outstanding service, as ever.
The audiologist, Subi Ali, has been looking after me for many years now and has always been instantly responsive and helpful if prolems arose. My check-up this week was on time and the outcome well-explained - perfect service.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The only disappointing thing was that I was expecting to be able to try the hearing aids that fit onto glasses but these are not sold by Audika, contrary to what I understood from my Google search.

Pleasant atmosphere, procedure explained clearly.

I was feeling very anxious when I arrived at Hidden Hearing, CAMBRIDGE
as I had suddenly become completely deaf in one ear and had a long journey coming up.

Anna, the Receptionist listened to me carefuly, made a few magic passes on her screen and said Diane, the wax removal specialist would be able to see me immediately as an afternoon appointment had not turned up.

Ten minutes later hearing restored and I danced out of the treatment room.

Expertise, good manners and a sense that there was no pressure to spend out on the latest technology

Very thorough testing which showed slight hearing loss, but probably not enough to go for hearing aids at the moment. I was allowed to put the aids in and found them surprisingly comfortable, definitely something to think about for the future. And no fiddly batteries to worry about!

Excellent attentive service providing valuable advice on the selection of hearing aids.

A great all round experience from arriving to leaving the appointment, a highly experienced and insightful audiologist, thank you!
