Grace was very professional from start…
Grace was very professional from start to finish. I over-ran my 75 minute appointment without being made to feel rushed. I was allowed to walk outside with hearing aids on so that I could hear the real-world difference. I was offered two solutions with top-of-the-range Oticon aids with free after sales support. Only negative was that the aids were more expensive than expected.
