I was impressed with the time and patience, the audiologist took over my appointment this time. He listened to any questions asked and gave useful answers. I had not seen this person before and had not been very impressed with my last couple of appointment.

The hearing aids themselves have made a real difference to my hearing!

Very honest and very helpful consultant. Just ensured i received the right advice and did not convey at any time that he wanted sell me something i did not necessarily need at this point. But maybe in the next 18 months Thank you Audika i would recommend to anyone.

I saw Debbie in the Clacton branch
I saw Debbie in the Clacton branch. She was very friendly and made it clear what she was doing every step of the way. The treatment doesn’t take long and I left being able to hear clearly again. Would recommend going here. They also had a special offer on for both ears cleaned for £50 so that was great. 😊

i wanted to bring forward my annual review as I had a problem with hearing on my right side, and I was fitted in within two days. Colin, who conducted my review, acted in a very friendly and efficient manner and gave me a full hearing test. My aids were adjusted and full hearing restored.

You were very welcoming. The lady on reception was wonderful. . Offering me a tea or coffee.. The gentleman who did the tests was reassuring, polite and kind.. A very nice place to visit. Very helpful.
