Superb service
I’m not usually the one to write reviews, but I feel this one is well deserved I took my 85 year old mum in the Exeter branch were myself & my mum were greeted by the lovely Richard very welcoming indeed, we was a little early for our appointment actually 15 minutes early! They were very busy and Richard assured us they would be with us as soon as possible, Richard chatted happily to us while we waited for Rosie who seen we was waiting and within 5 minutes she was their looking after Mum. I was really impressed with how sufficient friendly and very caring & patient she was, Mum was very happy with the service they provided Thankyou Rosie & Richard

Fabulous Service Mike- Exeter, was wonderfull
Fabulous Service from Hidden hearing .
Although my symptoms matched the point where a hearing aid was warranted the benefits were not as expected and no great help .
Mike was extremely helpful in going through the Aids and very patient with me .
The refund was very prompt to which I was very grateful .
Hidden hearing kept to there word and I shall have no hesitation to return when my wife complains again !!

Richard is a caring and efficient administrator in the office, so I am always assured of a calm welcome for any appointment. Mark is a real professional in keeping my hearing as effective as possible, and on the last occasion speedily diagnosed an unrecognized error tone and re-tuned my hearing aids to peak efficiency.
