It’s not a miracle, but pretty close
I just went into the shop to ask a few questions; all answers were good. I booked a hearing test for the next day and was very impressed with the outcome, JKs recommendation and trial of the Advanced hearing aids. I went back the next day and walked out wearing my new hearing aids!
They are not cheap, but are the best I have had, after 40 years of NHS aids and private ones from Specsavers.
I still have my first follow up appointment to attend, when a few small adjustments are needed, but right now I am quite happy.
All the staff at the Hereford shop are experienced and extremely helpful.
I wasn’t promised a miracle - there is never going to be one for me, but this is the closest I have been so far.

Annual |Hearing Checkup
As always, the appointment from reception to conclusion was totally professional. Jayanth made me welcome and was clear in his explanations without being patronising. The check up was thorough and conducted so well that the time flew. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audika to anyone. The aftersales service is outstanding.
