Made very welcome and comfortable

The representative was punctual, knew her product and conducted the hearing test with a full explanation of the process as we moved through the various stages. There was no hard sell or any form of pressure to make a decision there and then. All the details I need to decide on the way ahead were left with me.

I'm very upset with the service. Kevin at reception was very rude. The hearing aid was not good quality at all and very overpriced.

Then in the treatment room the whole process was explained fully at the start and the process was carried out in a very professional manner with key points explained along the way by the specialist Tracy.

Bronia is always friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable and important. She listens to my hearing problems and is very competent at her job.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing in Inverness for micro suction wax removal and had a genuinely excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, Tracy and the team were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure was quick, comfortable, and carried out with real care and attention.

I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment, and the results were fantastic! it made a noticeable difference straight away. The whole atmosphere in the clinic was friendly and reassuring, and you could tell the staff genuinely care about their patients.
