I was visited today at my home by a lovely man called Mr Jeff Grader MSHAA , he performed a few hearing tests on me and was very professional, kind and compassionate , Mr Grader made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and reassured me of what my results would be and my hearing is complete fine for my age 50 , in my opinion I would highly recommend hidden hearing and if I could give more than 5* I would , thank you so much for your service to me . Fantastic service, I had severely blocked ears with wax and an infection in my right ear. Got seen by Terri who was wonderful and excellent throughout the week and following week I had to go back. My hearing has improved significantly and I will be going back yearly for check ups. Thoroughly recommended this service and Terri to my family and friends.

From ladies on reception to Troy .. service.. attentiveness.. understanding was amazing

After visiting various Hearing Aid companies I decided on Hidden Hearing in Allerton Road in Liverpool. I chose the company as I felt most comfortable dealing with them.
No pressure selling, informative, great customer service and support. Troy was fantastic, he took a great deal of time finding out what MY needs were and then explained fully how he could help.
The whole time I was made to feel he was just there to take care of and fulfil my hearing loss needs. I never once felt I was being pushed into a sale, in fact that was the last thing we discussed.
I decided to buy a pair of Oticon Real hearing aids eventually. I probably can’t explain here how brilliant they are. A big problem I had with previous aids was wind noise - NOT ANY MORE. The difference now is unimaginable, I don’t really understand how but everything about these aids are so superior to previous aids.
Probably the best thing I can say is I am glad they are insured because I don’t even know I am wearing them they are so good and comfortable , believe me - they ARE that good. The only advice I could give is to say GO BUY THEM - YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT REGRET IT. Got to thank Troy for his patience and Linda on reception, they are a credit to the company.

Went to Hidden Hearing in Allerton, Liverpool. Mo and Ann made us very welcome and fully explained every part of the process. They were ready to answer all questions. I have never seen such a comprehensive hearing test, simulating all the environments in which a person may find it difficult to hear. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience there.

As an musician my hearing is more than important to me and consequently my hearing aids need to deliver the very best performance.
Had a full hearing assessment with the audiologist today and my aids remapped accordingly.
Someone once remarked upon hearing the cost of my S2's was just short of 4k remarked you can buy a set of hearing aids out of the TV guide for £80, well I replied if you don't mind Simon & Garfunkel sounding

I have struggled with hearing for a few years now. Which has became a major problem at work recently. So bit the bullet and went to the Allerton road branch of this company 4 weeks ago. A thorough and comprehensive test was carried out by a gentlemen called Troy. I needed a hearing aid in each ear. And had them fitted that day. Then went back today for a check on how I was coping with them. And also to be fitted with the same hearing devices but in a colour that I had chosen as a preference on the first day. My hearing at work experience has vastly improved. The only real issue I had with these hearing aids was listening to music was not as pleasant as without them. Either streaming through the hearing aids or listening to my music playing set ups that I have at home. So after replacing my hearing aids with my preferred colour. Troy uploaded different hearing profiles that I can easily switch between and swapped the dome ear wax protectors that had come supplied with my devices. My issue with listening to music has been sorted with the music profile and the dome change. I am now a very happy bunny. All of these modifications and the follow up consultancy was free of charge. Troy has been very informative, friendly, relaxed, polite, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Explaining every detail ensuring that I understood completely and fully answering every single question asked of him. The reception staff member was also very friendly and communication with reminders has been very good. There is a 60 month money back guarantee on the devices I bought. But I can't see why I would be handing my devices back. The only time I expect to see them again is in 6 months time on my next check up appointment. All in all an excellent experience. 👍

Receptionist great and the Audiologist was fantastic to be fair.
Normally you come out of appointments not fully happy or understanding everything but plenty of time was taken and everything explained and questions answered by Troy the audiologist.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely lady on reception, nothing was too much trouble. Troy carried out all the tests which were very thorough and he explained everything step by step. Luckily, I don't need a follow-up appointment but it was worth getting my hearing checked.

Bianka from the Liverpool Clinic has done two home visits for my client Joan. Bianka is very professional , chatty and listens to Joan. No pressure to buy, no upselling and will answer any questions. The initial hearing assessment was very thorough and she kept Joan informed each step of the way. The hearing Aids are high quality and the Clinic or Bianka deal with any issues swiftly. I can't fault the service . Highly recommended.
