Very comprehensive hearing test, audiologist very knowledgable, courteous and polite.
Was able to purchase hearing aid straight away and had it all set up before leaving the clinic.

Helpful, well explained

An excellent presentation, and she handled my wife well (she has dementia). The only comment I can make is that she could start with prices at the bottom end of the range rather than the top!! £6000 is a lot to pay for a hearing aid!!

My wife and I both had seriously blocked ears. Justine did a brilliant job of clearing them causing no pain or discomfort.

When my local surgery stopped providing ear syringing services, I went for five years getting deafer until a friend recommended Hidden Hearing in Maidstone. Justine was very knowledgeable and highly skilled but also chatty and great fun - what a lovely lady!
It took more than one visit to clear the wax build-up (for which I was not charged extra) and I was very happy to be a subject for her Continuous Professional Development programme.

When dealing with something as important as loss of hearing, it’s vital to choose a provider who does hearing for a living, not, for instance am optician who would like some more of your money.

Hidden Hearing in Maidstone are just such a company.

My case was handled by a lady called Hannah and at every step along the way she helped and advised me brilliantly.

I now have two hearing aids, skilfully fitted and the transformation is stunning.

Granted they were not cheap, but given their very broad functionality and very advanced design, this is to be expected.

The miracle of it all is that, guided by Hannah at Hidden Hearing, I can now hear perfectly well for the first time in years.

Moreover, I can listen to my music and use the phone with them as well.

I arrived three hours to early ,which was totally my fault .i mixed up the times ! I saw a new lady called Sam who dealt with me straight away . Sam completely serviced my hearing aids and then gave me my annual hearing test/ review . My hearing aids are now sounding so much better ,they are like they were when they were new . I normally see Darren but this time I saw Sam was very professional and helpful.she was absolutely lovely to my wife and myself. Thank you hidden hearing .

Hannah was charming and put me at ease straight away. It was fascinating to see the inside of my ear and my eardrum. The sound tests proved very interesting and I learned a lot, including that I was mild to moderately deaf! A very good experience.

Professional, friendly staff at the Maidstone branch. Greeted by Lucy, the receptionist, and offered a drink. Only had to wait a few minutes before Sam, the audiologist, took me to her room.
Sam explained everything before carrying out each stage of the hearing test and answered all my questions. Had my new hearing aids set up there and then so I could take them with me. Really happy with the improvement the latest technology has made to my hearing.
I have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks but I know I can go back any time if I feel there is a problem.

The staff, Samantha, Katie and Lucy were very pleasant people and made me feel very at ease through the whole process.

I am really grateful for the consideration Dr. Samantha showed me and for the comfortable experience I had from the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left the office. She explained to me what was happening in my ear and I saw clear pictures of my ear canal for the first time. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to everyone.

We were greeted by name as we entered the hearing clinic. We did not have to wait before the start of the appointment. My wife and I had a double appointment. We appreciated being seen together. Our hearing tests were excellent. The technology available is impressive.
