I was happy to be reassured my hearing aides from Ampilphon will remain insured after this merge with your company. I did not realise this situation until my original app for Ampilphon ceased to work. This was very concerning not to be notified. I did not then recognize the spam phone numbers ringing my mobile phone number which I refuse to answer. Attending my appointment was very valuable having the same professional whom I knew to explain everything to me.
Professionalism High and reassuring she is to support me through this check up. I chose this location as it was near to where I live so I consider this lucky to not have to travel far now as I am a OAP otherwise I would found this extremly difficult.

Very disappointing
Arrived for appointment as arranged, at rather down-at-heel shop-front. Rang the bell - 3 times - and waited in the (very) hot sun for about10 minutes. Eventually thumped on the locked door, a minute or two later, someone let us in. I explained how long we'd waited, and that we'd rung the bell three times; Oh yes, said the audiologist, the bell's broken. Unbelievable.
