I visited the Westbury-on-Trym branch today for my checkup and I received a comprehensive maintenance check of my Phonak hearing aids and a full hearing test. Chis is an excellent technician and very thorough. The whole experience gave me confidence that the standard of care has been maintained and I will happily recommend Audika to my friends and family.

I have been most impressed by my Audika professional at Westbury-on-Trym. He understands instinctively the causes of any technical difficulties which can pose a challenge to old people and how best to resolve them. He’s a good teacher, patient , approachable and with a good sense of humour, and is manually highly skilled of course. The follow-up sessions he offers have been exemplary. I trust his advice implicitly.
