I received a leaflet for a free hearing test from Hidden Hearing, which they offer through their website as well and I decided to take advantage of it. My experience was very pleasant and I found out the state of my hearing. I definitely recommend taking their free hearing test.

Excellent service, quick, efficient, very friendly and most welcoming.Treatment carried out by Dee was very professional and the after care treatment is par excellence.

My husband, Derek, noticed an improvement in his hearing after his appointment with Dee having ear wax removal done. A very nice lady who provided some very useful tips for the aftercare of his ears.

Dee was fantastic! Had a brilliant experience at Hidden hearing with the ear cleaning. It was quick, painless and thorough, I could not believe the difference afterwards. Worth the money if you ever need this service.

Kathryn reassured me and explained everything about clearing my ear wax. She showed me photos before and after and carried out the micro suction professionally causing me no discomfort.

Dee was very patient and helpful. It was my first visit to see Dee who was very gentle when removing the wax from my ears. The best experience I have had when having this procedure. I have had to have wax removed from my ears for about 25 to 30 years and I can definitely say this was the best experience I have had.

Just had micro suction of both ears, for £70, which I thought was very reasonable. The staff were lovely (Dee was impeccable; professional, engaging and relaxed), the premises were clean and welcoming, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Rang the Worthing Branch of 'Hidden Hearing', mid-morning today, re my perception of deteriorating hearing, and was promptly invited to attend later in the morning for Dee [their 'Ear Care Practitioner'] to check the extent of wax build-up. Dee investigated, and then showed me the image she had taken of both ear canals. Not a pretty sight ! However, as I had been 'oiling' my ears, the wax was considered soft enough for micro-suction removal there and then....which was what happened. Dee was both pleasant and professional in her approach....and the whole experience of visiting the Worthing Branch was a very satisfactory experience. Well done ! Chris

Friendly and helpful staff, who offered a very welcome ear clearing in place of the booked hearing test, which meant my daughter and I both left happy - and able to hear better! Really appreciated their flexibility on the day.

I was desperate to get my ears suctioned and they were able to give me an appointment within a few hours. The lady who actually sorted me out was called Dee and she was very professional, compassionate and really cared about what she was doing and the service she was giving. Receptionist was also very helpful and informative. Well done ladies and thank you so much for your help yesterday.

Receptionist welcoming straight away, which is always nice. Dee, the ear care practitioner, was also friendly and took the time to learn about my life-long hearing issues. It felt unhurried and relaxed. Dee also has a great tan!
