There is absolutely NOTHING positive to say re this company. I would have given ZERO stars if I had been given the option.
Item arrived too late for purpose. Took 2 weeks to arrive. In a damaged box.
No info on website to say product would take this long.
No return instructions with item.
Website asks you to contact customer services for instructions.
Sent 5 emails with no reply and finally phoned customer services who checked emails and found them unread.
Returns are not free.
Company unwilling to pay for postage as a goodwill gesture.

No instructions in Swedish and no meny language in Swedish. Very poor information about the phone. Im not impressed and this model will not work for my old parents!

Still haven’t received order after two weeks. Tried to contact them several times and no response.

Amazing product, good price - fast shipping.

£12 next day delivery, never turned up, spoke to them but got no reply as promised, eventually told postage mistake , offered delivery a week later, website showed not in stock, obviously never were in stock, placed order with another manufactured, delivered next day,

Worst piece of crap ever… Messed up my first forming of the right earplug and tried reheating it to reform it, and it just went to pulp. Don’t buy, get a custom molding instead.

Still have not even received an order confirmation, let alone a delivery, and no answer to two emails to customer service. If I don't hear back soon I will be forced to ask the bank for a chargeback. Do not recommend.
