Deciding what to purchase

I was having problems deciding what headphones to purchase for Christmas, I knew the rough budget I'd like to spend but had no idea on which product would get me the desired results.
After consulting with AC I was able to get a set of headphones that far exceeded my expectations for less than I expected to pay. Thank you

Stay clear of this seller

Stay clear of this seller. After several attempts to get in contact, no response. Claims he has sent the item, but will not provide me a tracking. After 2 1/2 months attempt to contact him, I gave up and asked Paypal for refund. I am happy I used Paypal so I at least get my money back.

Phil puts the capital C in Concierge

Phil puts the capital C in Concierge. He patiently walked me through figuring out exactly what matched my listening needs to progress to the next level in appreciating audio.
He guided me through the break in process and over a week waited till I was fully satisfied while always letting me know that I could change my mind and we could try other products or not. I will definitely go back when I have other audio needs and oh yes it was very very much a personalized buying experience compared to shopping from a regular retailer on Amazon. I did go to some specialty stores around London and while they had products I could try, the advice and effort to understand what sound I was looking for was not as easy and productive.

Delivery worries

Spoke to Phil about getting poly/mojo 2 case next but was made aware of postal strikes so may only get next week!! Bur yet he still went out of his way to make sure I did indeed get it the next day even though it cost him a bit more, no charge to me though!! This sort of service isn't found often these days!! Excellent, thank u Phil.

Absolute terrible! Be careful!

I ordered an usb-cable for my mojo 2 on 04.09.2022. The cable was stock listed and Audio Concierge would send immediately.

Until now no delievery and no response. I am so disappointed from Audio Concierge (aka Phil Wannell).

After reading the the reviews on Trustpilot I mentioned that others customers have made the same bad experiences.

In the meantime I have informed PayPal to refund my money and asked to check the shop.

Terrible service - avoid

Placed an order in July. The item did not arrive. No response from chases. I had to request a refund through PayPal for a refund which did come. I was then told that a replacement item was sent but nothing ever arrived.
Truly appalling service - I would avoid at all costs.

Fake website

I tried to email three different addresses linked to the site and not one of them worked and my email would bounce back to me. I then tried calling the phone number which also doesn't work. it may have been a legitimate business at one point but it clearly isn't anymore.

Hiya, we are a legitimate business, however I'm sorry you were unable to get through to us. We have many methods of contact so if one isn't working there should always be another. We currently use Email, Phone and the most convenient is WhatsApp. Sorry you struggled to get hold of me.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Very fast delivery, competitive prices. They were the only company that had the USB-c DAC dongle I wanted in stock.
I highly recommend Audio Concierge.

Very hard to get in touch with

I enquired about the state of my order for two weeks and received no reply, I had to open a PayPal dispute to cancel it, although once I did I got my money back within the hour
