Ordered crossover components, waited for 2 months for them to arrive, and they made a mistake and sent couple of wrong items... Two months, and now i have to deal with wrong items in order. Never again, literally never again ordering from this place.

I ordered one Lundahl LL1941 SUT. Then I received an email saying that it's out of stock and must be backorderd. I was a bit worried after reading all the reviews on internet. But after contacting the company, they assured me that they already have the item and they were dispacthing my order. Order placed on 25/Aug. Sent on 3/Sept. Received via postal service on 11/Sept in France. All is fine. Won't hesitate to make another order in the future.

People have said the site is a scam- it’s not. I’ve had numerous hassle free transactions.

Wasn’t too happy with my last transaction, BUT it was due to a long manufacturer lead time. My order was amended to a higher cost option so it could be fulfilled on time and the delivery was credited.

Can’t ask for much more than that.

Be careful. I ordered WBT-0655 connector by picture showed on eshop but e-shop sent me other with additional description on invoice "new design". It looks much cheeper and I don't want it. I wasn't able to aggre on compromise but to send it back on my costs. Not big lost, just be careful.

I ordered multiple resistors and capacitors, which were shipped the day after purchase and I received them in perfect condition.

I've been waiting for my order for over two months. I bought a connector for the player for 40 euros, it was sent quickly, but the package never arrived in my country. The store initially answered my questions, but when I asked to send a new product they stopped responding.

Its not scam, shop is not responding to emails and not having phone contact, but this store is operational, and they are still shipping the ordered goods.

I recommend that the store start contacting the customer, otherwise, people will report it to the police as a scam.

I used this shop several times. They are reliable and have very good quality products that are very reasonably priced.
First time my speakers were extraordinarly well packed.
Second time something went wrong and they were not well packed (the warehouse had somebody new). Two speakers were damaged, but I got brand new ones back. Third time packing OK again.

Sometimes contact could be better, but after a reminder they responded very well and (important!) read my question and replied friendly to that question.

I read similar experiences on e-aby before I ordered with them. Experiences vary of course, but for me the low rating on trustpilot is in contrast with my own experience of last year.

Got ripped off by this shop. Ordered caps (auricap 2x) that were in stock. Then they told me they were not in stock. Waited for months. Nothing. The caps are still 'in stock' on the website do not order here!!! Do not order at audio hobby eu, its a scam site probably.

NOT HAPPY!!!

Made a purchase after they reply to my question saying they can get items to me in 1-2 days UPS Express.

After 5 working days and the item still hadn't arrived and the event was booked 😡

Emailed them (Not reply)

Messaged them regarding tracking (No reply)

Messaged them again (No reply)

Messaged them again today (No reply)

Opened a case with PayPal for a full refund.

Wouldn't recommend this company or use them in future.

ABSOLUTE TIME WASTERS!!! 🙄
