Sleazy Billing Practices and Mediocre Product

Product had multiple issues with crashing and latency. BE AWARE they do not send reminders on annual subscription renewals. I got a notice that I was charged and immediately contacted them for a refund and cancellation of my subscription. They denied my request and said there was nothing they could do. Skip this company. There are better alternatives and they are bad business.

Bad Customer Service

I’ve been an Audiomovers LISTENTO subscriber for over 3 years. In my opinion, if a company doesn’t inform their customers about an upcoming yearly renewal, they’re counting on the customer forgetting. When I was auto-charged and contacted them within minutes, they still refused to issue a refund.

To me, that reflects poor customer service and a policy that doesn’t prioritize long-term customers. I’m sharing this so others are aware.

Avoid

Terrible customer service experience. I signed up for a 7-day trial for their LISTENTO product, then cancelled a day late - they had made their cancellation terms clear, but I assumed they'd be okay with making an exception for an honest mistake. However they insisted they could not. This speaks to a very moneygrabbing attitude, which is echoed in some of the other reviews here. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy anything from audiomovers

Audiomovers has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life, on top of the fact that their product is unreliable and low fidelity.

To anyone considering subscribing (since you can't even actually buy their plugins outright), please purchase anything else.

I messaged them 20 minutes after a year of subscription auto-renewed that I didn't want (no email or anything that it was about to renew) and they refused to refund me the $100.

On top of that, despite being kind and straightforward with my request, the rep was rude and disrespectful. They offered to extend me 3 months as a resolution (a slap in the face) and told me "we wouldn't be having this conversation if you had just canceled".

When I told them, fine, that isn't an adequate resolution but sure add it, the rep actually BACKTRACKED and didn't even stick to his word!

Then the rep, Serge, said he didn't agree with the policy but he follows it anyway and doesn't plan to say anything about it.

A company that simply doesn't know how to do good business... hope this saves someone from falling into their sleazy trap.

Disappointing Customer Service and Unethical Billing Practices

I've been a loyal customer of Audiomovers for several years and have generally been satisfied with their service. However, I cancelled my subscription for their Listento plugin, yet they still processed a payment. When I reached out to request a refund, I was met with an inflexible response and no resolution. Despite offering alternative options like a free license, I did not find these helpful, as I wasn’t using the service.

I expected more understanding and better customer service, especially as a long-term user. I had intended to use this plugin at a future time and would've happily returned as a customer. After their lack of willingness to assist, I'll now be looking for an alternative. If you're thinking of subscribing to their products, be very wary of them taking your money after cancelling. I can see I'm not the only one leaving a review who has had this experience.
