Popped in to buy a Rega phono stag3
Popped in to buy a Rega phono stage which they had in stock, the product has been great. Shop gets marked down as the reaction to customer just walking off the street was strange. Not very friendly and fairly indifferent. Felt like I was disturbing them, rather than valued as a customer.

A relaxed speaker audition and purchase
Having arranged a speaker demo the team had it setup and even added a turntable at short notice.
I wss left to play a variety of music and make my decision with no pushy sales.

Professional and a pleasure to deal with..
I made an impulse purchase from audio t at the Bristol hi fi show as I had a good experience buying a similar item from them two years previously at the same venue. However, when I cooled down a little I realised that the item was not suitable and audio t were very accommodating and professional in handling the return and refund.
