Matt serviced my Linn LP12
Matt serviced my Linn LP12. Kerrin repaired a Naim amp and another manufacturer's DAC. They both did a fantastic job with absolutely top quality communication and customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

Good customer service
I went in for a cartridge and was familiar with what I wanted but the staff member was engaged and provided a pretty full response to my further enquiry on speaker cable.

After visiting the Bristol HiFi Show…
After visiting the Bristol HiFi Show this year, I was impressed by the REL subwoofer demo and wanted to know if my home stereo system could benefit. I contacted Audio T in Cardiff and Kerrin set up a demo. Fortunately they had a matching pair of speakers available and Kerrin explained all about set and was on hand to help with an A/B test. Following the demo, he allowed me to take the subwoofer home for a few days. I was very impressed and went ahead and bought a REL T9x. I was also pleased by the speed of delivery from REL. All in all a very good experience with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All they need is a coffee machine!

Outstanding service and persistance
The service from Matt and Kerrin was outstanding. You really find out about service standards when things don't quite go to plan. In my case my turntable upgrade generated and unusual low level noise. When I pointed this out, the guys spent considerable time to identify and eliminate the root cause. I'm now totally satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend the team.

Friendly, very knowledgable and patient.
Nick was so helpful, friendly and knowledeable. He really listened to what we wanted and made some good suggestions without being pushy at all. We even came back for a final chance to hear the equipment we were likely to buy - no problem - he had it all set up and it sealed the deal. We now have our new kit all set up and the sound is amazing.

Outstanding Experience
We have recently purchased some Acoustic Energy speakers and a WiiM Ultra streamer from Audio T and received excellent customer service. The lovely Matt is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
We would not hesitate to recommend Audio T to anyone.

Advice without any pushy sales talk (for want of better words) The store is situated in a quieter part of Cardiff and there is a very relaxed atmosphere.
Plenty to see and listen to and should you need help or advice; The passionate and knowledgeable staff are there to serve your needs
