I've not bought Hi-Fi equipment since the late 1980s and so my knowledge was very limited. I did my due diligence and researched what turntable best suited my needs. The rest I left in the capable hands of Jon from the Swindon branch. He reassured me that my initial choice was sound and then recommended a suitable amplifier, speakers and, later, a CD player. A week later it's all set up. Looks great and sounds great. An all round enjoyable and educational experience. I would highly recommend Jon and the Swindon branch. Thank You.

Have bought with audio t Swansea many times before and as usual excellent service and advice from Adrian and Nic really enjoying my new turntable and speakers looking forward to upgrading my amp.

Prompt friendly personal service. I needed help in a hurry, Adrian spotted the problem from the photo I sent and sorted it over the phone (I'd done something stupid), a new cable was out for delivery the same day, plus advice on how best to replace my ageing smart TV.

Very helpful when I ordered online and didn't provide my complete address. Customer service helped correct my error and the order received promptly.

Well, the salespeople were helpful beyond what I had reason to expect. A tuner that I had bought some 8 years ago, I suspected was faulty was checked and the fault identified as low batteries on the remote controller. The batteries were replaced without charge. Who knew that AA batteries won't function when the voltage drops from 1.5v to 1.42? The salesfolk were relaxed and had a sense of humour as well, which is always a bonus, and were quite happy to carry my purchase to the car and give me directions to find my way out of the traffic-hell that is Cheltenham!
Not my first visit, probably not my last, tho' at £17,500 it's unlikely I'll be the purchaser of the hugely impressive speakers that were filling the room.

Local shop with staff that know what they’re talking about.

Price was reasonable too

I decided to completely upgrade my audio system, and as I had limited experience or knowledge of systems, brands, or even what my setup should be, I rang the doorbell at the AudioT one Saturday morning earlier in the year. Im glad I did; Adrian and the team's advice was spot on. They were patient, took account of how I wanted to use audio around the house and over a few more visits and demonstrations over a number of weeks, I now have the new kit installed. It's just the job.

Getting a full multi-room system isnt cheap, it's human nature to want to get the assurance and comfort that what you are investing in is right for you and your house configuration. I certainly got that with AudioT Brighton

Easy going and very helpful staff.

Only 1 complaint I was advised the wrong cost for demo speakers I originally listened to, on ordering it wasn’t same speakers and sound quality wasn’t what I wanted, the demo speakers I listened to were double priced but I wanted these ones for the sound quality.

Bit disappointing that this had happened but apart from this I very happy with my setup

He helped me put together a fantastic system, including my Rega turntable, and has continued to offer advice whenever I've had questions about setup and getting the best sound from it. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and I never felt under any pressure to buy.

I spent a very happy and insightful 4 hours in a listening room with Nic in Swansea and ended up with a setup which I was extremely happy with.

A few weeks later Nic came to my home (delay down to me) and set the whole system up and it’s fabulous. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
