Really knowledgeable and friendly staff…
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff at the Swansea store when I went in for a new turntable cartridge. Ended up staying longer just to hang out on the sofa and listen to records on their own system set-up.

Swansea Branch - Top Team
I visited the Swansea branch whilst I was in holiday in Gower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though I didn’t have a specific reason for visiting or purchasing anything. I had a demo of their Hegel 400/ATC system and was very impressed for a one box solution (my reference, my system is a Naim 300 with Dali Epikore Speakers). The Hegel was very good for a one box solution.
I ended up purchasing a WiiM smart speaker (with display) which I am very pleased with and it got a lit of use in the holiday cottage.
Thoroughly recommend the Swansea branch - thanks guys!

Once again excellent service from all the guys at the Swansea branch - Andy, Adrian and Nic.
The turntable I purchased was delivered quickly and it is a top quality purchase to suit my needs in this regard (A 'second' turntable to play my old albums and singles - Pro-ject E1.2).
A particular mention (involving a separate issue) regarding 'warranty' work carried out on my Naim amplifier was sorted out by Andy after many e mails and phone calls to Naim - again, excellent Customer service which is the norm from all the guys at the Swansea branch...cheers !!!

i have dealt with audio t for for nearly 30 years i have always had first class service if there is a fault with the equipment they come to me the following day and being unable to visit the shop in swansea they give me good information

Under no pressure to buy but just help from the staff,
from first phone call to collection of deck.
