Not recommended

Unfortunately cannot recommend.
Placed my order for "in stock" item with expectation to get it shipped in 3 days. After a month of waiting had to send request and learned that it was not true stock-offer - item is delayed from manufacturer, need to wait another week. OK. Any update from guys after a week? No.
Another request, another week to wait. Requested to cancel and refund. Cancelled and refunded? No.
Another reminder in a week time - finally cancelled and refunded. Gosh!
Would not do the order if I knew that. But on other hand I would be OK to wait if it would be advertised correctly and there would be order status/update notifications sent about delays etc. Just a bit of transparency would make me happy.
