Terrible customer service experience. Bought the product and thought it was a good company to deal with. Took 2 weeks to SHIP the product from CHINA. It arrived somewhat quickly considering but nowhere on their site does it say "China based company" and the product is the same thing you would buy on other sites for less then half the cost. I'm out $80 for.defective product and zero response from the company since their policy is "15 days return/exchange" which is just laughable.

Stay away!!

I should have read the reviews before ordering, I knew the price was too good to be true. This company are either a scam or have the worst customer service ever. I ordered an item over several days ago. After several days I was concerned because they had taken my money but no tracking updates were provided. On first contact the update was that they will reach out to their shipping team, again bells started ringing, the second update was that the shipping system was not working and tracking updates cannot be provided. At this point I asked to cancel and a refund and no answer has been provided after 2 chase emails. I also escalated to PayPal. So maybe the item will turn up maybe the item won’t but I can assure you that the service is appalling and I can’t recommend “buying” from them

Poor description of the itme. Did not work and then they charged me $12 repacking fee. What a rip off. Don’t do it.

I ordered a Bluetooth Adapter for my 2013 Audi Q5 and a media control remote to go with it. I must say I am happy with both my purchases. Even I contacted the customer service before buying and they helped me identify which adapter is compatible with my car. I am not sure why all other people had a bad experience, maybe because people with a good experience never leave a review.

Purchased product over three weeks ago and nothing ever arrived! Absolute scammers stealing money and not providing and products!

SCAMMERS.... three weeks after they took money out of my account not even tracking number provided to me.

I never received my order. Do not order from this website!

A bunch of thieves. Returned a faulty item and they won't refund me. THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN I RETURNED THE ITEM. These people for one have awful products. They will not give you your money back even when you make a return. Stay as far away from this business as humanly possible. Literally disgusting. Been dealing with my lawyers because of these people for a month now

Awful company. Received item but had to return it, I returned it 3 months ago. Haven’t heard anything since! I have sent email after email, nothing back !! Disgusting. ! Don’t use

Ordered product 12/30/20. Order NEVER received. Have sent multiple emails about receiving product or a refund to no avail, NO RESPONSE from company.

Item arrived and did not work. They said I needed a different generation item and offered to send this at a discounted rate. Like an idiot, I went for that and received a second device that also doesn't work. Now they have stopped responding to my messages. Seems to be a semi-sophisticated scam.

Avoid. Product arrived faulty. A replacement was promised. They stopped replying two months ago. You can buy the exact same unit on Amazon or EBay for $30. Awful experience.

SCAMMERS. They sell you a $60 worthless piece of plastic. The connector does not fit properly in the port unless forces and impossible to remove. Once connected, the sound quality is horrible with tons of feedback. Also, the device has to be powered by running a wire outside the glovebox. What a joke. Buyers beware. This site is ripping people off and all the reviews are fake.

Absolutely shocking company, shipped my item which then got lost by the courier and have refused to respond to any of my emails for a refund. Currently going through my credit card company to get a refund issued. Unbelievably bad company. There are also a lot of reviews out there on forums saying how bad the connection is, which I wish I'd seen before I ordered from them. Please save your money and stay away!

I never even received my item! Terrible experience with this company. I ordered at the beginning of October 2020. After a month, I reached out and said, hey it looks like my shipment is lost, can you help? They said sure, your package is stuck in New York, but give it a week to get to you. Fine. I reached out again in late November and asked, can you please help me, it’s still not here. They said, reach out to USPS and tell them you lost the package. This is when I started getting angry. Sorry, but THAT IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. When I order something and it gets lost before arriving to me, it is the COMPANY’S responsibility to recover that lost item or give a refund. I should not have to reach out to USPS myself, that’s RIDICULOUS. Finally, I ask for a refund in late December. I receive another email telling me to contact USPS and tell them they lost my package. This should not be my problem, this is something the company should take FULL responsibility for. I asked for a refund again, no response. So I’ve had to go to my bank and ask for a FRAUD charge to be brought on the company. I work in customer service too, I don’t like to be unpleasant because I know it’s a tough job. However Elaura, who handled my inquiries, was not helpful or responsive. I am extremely disappointed at the unprofessionalism of this place and their inability to take responsibility for their product.

The item didn't work, I sent it back registered to the address in Lithuania and they refuse to refund, exchange or answer emails. Given the price of this item compared to cheaper ones on eBay, I was expecting superior service and a great quality item. I got neither.

Ordered an item online and payed via paypal. I immidiatly canceled the order because I thought I ordered the wrong item. After a small conversation with the company, which was very pleasent indeed, I decided to give it a go anyway. After a few weeks without any respons from the company whatssoever I canceld the order. Audistream2air never replied to my various mails for over a month. Because of that I opened a paypal conflict. It took the company another few weeks for them to ship the item via registred mail (no words needed), even though I canceld it very clearly and without any doubt.
For some reason I do not undestand PayPal decided in the companys favour.
I will not sent back because they will charge around 12 Euros of shipping costs and in addition a fee.
100% illeal practice but it is not worth opening a lawsuit for this small amount of money.

Nevertheless the company is 100% unthrustworthy and do give a s*** about their customers after a sale is done.

Product DOA and they won't send a replacement. Do not buy and stay away! They will give excuses after excuses.

Horrendous company. Ordered a product which was not as they described. said if i sent back at my expense a refund minus a 12 repackaging fee would be given back. It has now been weeks and not heard anything or had a refund.

Stay away, i purchased module and remote but it did not do hands free so i returned with their authorisation in good faith. Several months an many emails and no sign of refund. I have no paid for items and return postage with nothing to show for it. Dodgy, stay away!!!
