It was very easy to get around in the application and user friendly. The only issue I was having was uploading larger PDF files - kept saying server issues. Not sure if that was from my end or auditsoft.
Much easier format that using the paper format.

The spell checker program would not…
The spell checker program would not work on my windows 7 version. I had to update my main computer, which cost me $200 and I wasn't going to pay an additional $200 to upgrade my laptop to get the Autosoft program's spell checker function to work.

Teresa as we explained in your support request: we do not support Windows 7. AuditSoft’s minimum requirement is Windows 8 (releases in 2012) or later. As a software company we build solutions and must assume the minimum capabilities of the computer (age, Windows version, cpu, internet access, etc.) and one of those is that the operating system is currently (or close to current). Window 7 was released more than a decade ago (2009) and Microsoft has also stopped supporting Windows 7. AuditSoft (and most software companies) do not support nor do we test on Windows 7. It is unfortunate that you did not have access to a more current PC, but we make it clear in the installation instructions, requirements and training that Windows 8 is a minimum requirement for AuditSoft. Currently 99.7% of our users are on Windows 8 (or newer) and the remain few are switching. We unfortunately have no plan to support Windows 7 (or earlier) as they are obsolete operating systems.

AuditSoft software is easy to use and includes a number of time-saving features such as linking files for a company's Organization Charts and easy movement between audit questions.
The finalized audit report is also very professional looking. It also provides links from the table of contents to the various audit sections. I am able to send the audit report to my clients in the pdf format and have stopped printing and binding hard copies.
