We normally travel by ourselves and organise everything. However, travelling to Canada made us consider using a company to help us. We chose Audley from previous reviews and I am so glad we did. They were top class. Our expert, Lucy, was with us all the way, from booking to organising trips and keeping us updated on everything all of the way. The attention to detail was superb. We even had a welcome home message on the day of our return! Highly recommended

We’re just back from a magical tour of Namibia organised for us by Megan Capon. The 18 day tour wasn’t cheap but it was worth every penny, and exceeded our expectations. Megan listened carefully to our aims and arranged lodges around the country that were each unique and in fabulous settings. We’ll be back.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our African safari and beach vacation turned out! From start to finish, Stephanie made the entire process effortless. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise, was attentive to every detail, and truly listened to what we wanted from our trip.

What impressed us most was how quickly she organized everything we wanted while staying within our budget. Every detail was clearly explained, and everything was exactly as described.

We have been travelling with Audley since 2014, and over the years, they have taken us from North America across the globe, most recently to Singapore and Indonesia.
Our 2026 trip was another wonderful example of why, after all these years, we continue to put our trust in Audley.
Our journey started in Singapore, where we spent a few days exploring this fascinating city, before flying to Yogyakarta and beginning our Indonesian adventure. From there, we explored Prambanan and Borobudur, continued by train to Pasuruan and on to Wonokitri village near Mount Bromo, before travelling through Surabaya. One of the absolute highlights was our incredible nine-day SeaTrek voyage, followed by a few wonderfully relaxing days at Plataran Komodo before returning home via Singapore.
What impressed us most, however, was not only the itinerary itself, but the way Audley looked after us when things did not go according to plan.
Due to an earthquake and later wildfires, our schedule had to be changed twice during the journey. These are exactly the moments when you discover the real value of travelling with an excellent travel company.
At no point did we feel that we were left to deal with the situation ourselves. Quite the opposite. We felt fully supported, cared for and, most importantly, confident that everything was being handled. Audley and their local partner were always there for us – responsive, reliable, caring and extremely professional. Alternative arrangements were organised smoothly, and even in unexpected situations, we always felt that somebody was looking after us.
That feeling of trust and confidence is perhaps the greatest compliment we can give Audley. When travelling far from home, especially through more remote parts of the world, knowing that there is a knowledgeable and dependable team behind you makes an enormous difference.
After more than twelve years of travelling with Audley, we continue to appreciate not only the quality and individuality of their itineraries, but also the people behind them and the excellent local partners they choose.
A very special thank you goes to Mat, who put so much care into our journey and was always there when we needed him. His personal attention, knowledge and support contributed enormously to making this another unforgettable Audley experience.

Recently returned from northern 9 days in Tanzania. Lulu in Audley helped arranged the trip of a lifetime- and this is my 5th trip to Africa and 4th on safari! Other than the amazing landscape, unforgettable animals and balloon trip on the last day were the people- kind, interested in having visitors, helpful and generous. Our guide, Noel, from Audley local partner Asilia, was simply the finest guide and driver we have ever had- in multiple trips abroad. He was incredibly knowledgable, always thoughtful and absolutely full of energy and pleasure- appearing always as if he was seeing the things we were, also for the first time! Highly recommended.

I have used Audley twice. Once for trip to Vietnam and then for Italy/Sicily. The experience was incredible from the discovery call, to the itinerary creation to the actual vacation. All around superb and highly recommend them as a partner in making your vacation dreams a reality.

We worked with Audley Travel to book our 2 week trip to Bath, The Cotswolds, London and Edinburgh. Our consultant, Lily, was excellent to work with. She listened to our priorities and tailored the trip to meet our expectations. Everything they set up came off without a hitch! The drivers were prompt and friendly and all the guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. The hotels were well located, comfortable and quiet. This was the second trip with Audley Travel and we have been very happy with both trips! We highly recommend this company.

What makes Audley different is the amazing personal service you receive from start to finish . Ben Attenborough our Audley rep helped us reorganise our trip to a later date after a family accident . Rather than finding problems with this change he always found solutions.
We really appreciated little points of detail on our trip such as meet and greet at the airport, excellent guides always on time and knowledge . The hotel choices were excellent and delivered the sort of accommodation that we had discussed with Ben that we were looking for .

Our trip was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Our Audley Country Specialist, Stephanie Rodgers, took the time early in the planning process to truly get to know us—our interests, passions, and what we hoped to experience on this journey. She used that understanding to thoughtfully customize every aspect of our itinerary, making our trip to Tanzania feel incredibly personal and uniquely our own.

We used Audley Travel for the first time. The agent dealing with us from start to finish was Robyn Hutchons. The holiday from Manchester to Cape Town via Dubai. Then, following an itinerary, 4 days in Cape Town, transfer to Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls again, 4 days. Transfer back to South Africa. Overnight stay at Olivers Lodge, White River, before a scenic road transfer to Xanatseni Private Camp, 4 days in all. Then a return to Manchester from Johannesburg Tambo Airport. All accommodation was superb. There were numerous pre-booked trips. All of this, with all internal transfers, was superbly co-ordinated and flowed seamlessly. Robyn was the perfect arranger; she asked us all the right questions and advised on changing the dates due to the seasonal weather on the trip. This ensured the best experience possible. She has kept in contact throughout, even calling today after our return to ensure we were satisfied. All in all, a fantastic experience and a great travel company.

I had the pleasure of being in contact with Audrey Travel and their travel agent, Mat, while planning a tailor-made trip to Indonesia. Although the trip unfortunately did not go ahead this time due to some unexpected personal circumstances, I still wanted to share my very positive experience.
From the very first contact, I felt that they (Mat) genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. The itinerary they put together was truly tailored to my wishes, needs, and interests, and it was clear that a great deal of knowledge, experience, and care had gone into the planning.
I was very impressed by how professional and well-organized the whole process felt, while at the same time the communication was personal, friendly, and attentive. It is not often that you come across someone who puts this much effort into creating the right experience for you, even before anything has been booked.
Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I had to put my travel plans on hold this time. This was in no way related to Audrey Travel or Mat – quite the opposite. I was so impressed with the service, communication, and itinerary they created that I will definitely be getting back in touch when the time is right.

I will never go to Vietnam again! I went during the Tet celebrations (Lunar New Year, which I found out through a friend in Vietnam). She also told me that everything would be closed as well. I asked my travel agent about this and he said everything would be fine. Nothing was open (not even the indoor market) in Ho Chi Minh. I think I had 4 different tour guides in 4 days because of the fact it was a public holiday. I told my travel agent that it would be my birthday whilst I'm there, he totally ignored that (much to the tour guide's horror of not being told!). I'm 51 years old and he was getting me up at stupido'clock in the morning to do ANOTHER food tour! Then he got me to go on a bicycle to my next tour. I haven't ridden a bike for 30 odd year! It absolutely hammered down and in all fairness it was the tour guide and the family that day that made it enjoyable.
The last week of my holiday I was accommodated in a beach resort. I hated it! It's a no smoking "resort" so that means you cannot smoke anywhere in the open. I will not tell you what I thought of the other guests in that resort. Such a shame because the staff were amazing! SHAME ON YOU! It has put me off going to Vietnam ever again.
When I asked for a detailed invoice, I had a summary!
I honestly don't think that this holiday of a life time was worth £13,000!! I think the travel agent has walked away with a lot of that money!

As a single parent, I always rely on Audley Travel to help me plan my holidays. I know that I can rely on them to find me places to go that are safe, yet exciting enough to keep us all entertained. Every holiday they have recommended for me has been amazing, but this summer's holiday surpassed our expectations. My sons and I went to Tanzania on Safari in June, and we followed this with a beach holiday in Zanzibar. Isabelle Evans helped plan our trip from the outset, and everything worked like clockwork. We spent four wonderful days at the Selous Kulinda Camp, where we did as many of the safari trips as we could; day, sunrise, sunset, night, walking, river. The guide was superb and we were so well looked after by the camp staff. We needed a bit of luxury after our safari experience and our week-long stay at the Breezes Beach Club and Spa Hotel in Zanzibar was luxurious and the staff were so attentive and kind. They really can't do enough for you. This really was the trip of a lifetime for us and I highly recommend Isabelle for her wonderful guidance, her attention to detail and her patience. I'd like to start by Thanking Audley Travel and in particular, Ben Attenborough, for the most Perfect trip to Kapama River Lodge in South Africa.
We were a party of two couples who wanted to experience a Luxury Safari Holiday and Audley delivered on every level.
They responded to our every request from the flights to the accommodation and were so easy to contact and get a response to each and every question or query that we may have had.
We had a lovely surprise of a bottle of bubbly when all of our trip was confirmed and paid for and we also received the most comprehensive booklet with all of our Itinerary from flights to accommodation, internal flights and tips on the local area.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations 10 fold and we will definitely return to Audley when we are planning our next adventure!

My experience with Audley from start to finish was exceptional. Charlotte was nothing but helpful and attentive to ensure that my trip to Borneo was tailored to my family’s needs.
