This trip was seamless, every eventuality catered for, every flight, transfer and accommodation was exactly as planned.

The pack we received was a perfect guide allowing us to travel through each airport with no hassle. It gave us hints with things to do, restaurants, guides, places of interest and much more.

The phone number of the 24/7 helpline was useful as I had a couple of questions and on both occasions I had a very prompt reply. The what's app was a nice touch too.

Everyone had a great trip and I feel we can be more adventurous as travellers with Audley and our experienced David in the background. We were able to be independent with a reliable safety net in case we needed it.

We went with our 9yo daughter to Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. The itinerary was well organised and the hotels at Cape Weligama and Taru Villas Habarana were fantastic. We also had a great safari at Udawalawe and a visit to the 'cultural triangle'. It was expensive but worth it. The only issue we had (which Audley resolved) was that initially we were given a vehicle with just lap belts not 3 point seatbelts which was not safe for our daughter: I would advise families travelling to Sri Lanka to check this issue before they travel. But overall an excellent trip and I would use Audley again.

We cannot recommend Audley Travel highly enough, in particular their New Zealand specialist who managed our enquiry. The advice and guidance offered during the initial contact was excellent, with the Audley specialist really listening to our likes, dislikes and general preferences before pulling together a tailored itinerary and talking us through each option during a follow-up call. Dealing with Audley really was a breath of fresh-air; for once an agent added real value, giving us the benefit of true in-country experience to pull together a range of destinations and activities that dovetailed perfectly in to our requirements. So many other agents simply launch Google and steer you toward their preferred hotels following an enquiry - Audley could not be further from this, ensuring top quality recommendations that are tailored to the clients preferences. They might not be the cheapest holidays available, but more than make up for this in providing true value-added service, ensuring our month long holiday went smoothly. When external influences forced changes to the itinerary (in our case, adverse weather), Audley and their in-country agents were proactive and efficient in sorting out alternative accommodation, ensuring our stay was not spoiled by the change. We’ll definitely use them again when planning a multi-destination holiday, for their knowledge, professionalism and overall customer service.

Great customer service. Very attentive before, during and after the trip. Charlotte was great and gave good advice. We ended up having a really fantastic trip. Our family of four all loved it.

When we first started planning our dream holiday to Japan we didn’t know where to start, buts that’s where Audley travel came to our rescue. From the very start they were hands down the most friendliest, knowledgeable and patient company to help us, and in the care of Nadyne we can 100% say that no other company compares to them.
Even during this time of uncertainty in travelling, Nadyne went above and beyond to make our dream holiday happen. The passion and dedication she showed to planning our trip was really noticed, the expertise and thought process with our itinerary was incredible, the things which were planned were appropriate for us both and our age groups. Also, the way in which our days were planned really reduced the stress and worry from using public transport in a whole new location and the activities planned really highlighted our days (as well as the recommendations being both incredible and manageable).
Everyone in the team was friendly, supportive and in great communication with each other and it really showed.
We will definitely be using Audley travel for any future holidays and would recommend to any and all to do the same!

Audley arranged a holiday to remember for us - everything went without a hitch so we could really just enjoy ourselves. Our agent Stacey was incredibly helpful, from choosing the hotel to suggesting great places to eat (they were!). Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful.
The flight and transit went smoothly and the hotel was a delight. Cobblers Cove was a great choice and we absolutely loved it. The staff were beyond helpful (they even installed a TV for us) and our suite was superb and suitably positioned near the bar(!) although still blissfully quiet. The food was delicious and we were impressed with tea being served everyday which was a nice touch.
The trip Stacey organised for us to Harrisons Cave was a hoot and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Overall it was a marvellous holiday and we are so grateful to Audley for their expert guidance and organisation, particularly with such care and enthusiasm, and attention to detail. We will be back!

Just completed a 2 centre stay in St Lucia through Audley travel. This was the first time we had used Audley and we could not have been happier with the service. From our first contact with Isabelle she could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the destinations we were considering and experience of the hotels we were looking at was first class. Isabelle listened to all of our requests and was on hand continuously to answer any questions and make the tweaks we required to really personalise our itinerary.
As a little taster for our trip we received a hamper 2 weeks before with little Caribbean treats. Throughout our trip the attention to detail in the organisation was superb and ensured we felt in safe hands every step of the way. We were thrilled to receive upgrades in both of our stays (partly I believe due to Audley’s excellent relationships with the resorts) and so our accommodation exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in planning, the on hand expertise of Isabelle and the small touches along the way really made Audley a stand out for us. We would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again for future trips.

We have family in Japan, but wanted to include time spent with them with visiting Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Kyoto. We had been recommended Audley, so turned to them to orgainise our trip for us. Their Japan specialist organised flights, in-country travel, hotels and guides, honing the details in conjunction with us. The war in Iran necessitated a change of airline, but we were very pleased with Turkish Airlines, the replacement, and especially that there were no addditonal costs involved. We enjoyed travelling on the bullet trains, the three hotels were excellent and the guides in Nagasaki and Kyoto eager to help and very informative. We had agreed in advance that we would visit the obvious places such as the A Bomb-related sites and museums, with the guides taking us to the less obvious places, and so we found ourselves making kites in Nagasaki and visiting a bamboo forest in Kyoto. All in all we were very pleased with all aspects of the service, including the provision of a portable wifi kit!

We have just returned from a two week trip to Japan organised by Audley. Senior japan specialist Manon talked us through the itinerary and answered any questions. She contacted us again before departure and again on our return. Manon gave us some helpful tips. We feel that we have experienced Japan. Accommodation was excellent; transfers extremely well organised and the guides were very knowledgeable and gave us valuable insider information about important sites and shopping. Saw lots of beautiful cherry blossom.

Once again Audley provided my wife and I with a fantastic travel experience. All the arrangements were, as usual, seamless and the guides & drivers excellent. Borneo transpired to be one of our very top destinations and the programme put together by our specialist was absolutely perfect for us. It's made us hunger even more for adventure.

Our Audley agent Mat Hall provided first class knowledge and service from the offset and throughout the planning process. He was excellent in dealing with the last minute crisis when our flights to Dubai were cancelled, he reserved new flight immediately, with Singapore airways. We didn’t need to use him during our trip but he provided emergency contacts and stated he was available if necessary. All Mat’s advice was on point, so we knew what to expect, what clothing and essential items we needed to take with us. We had nothing to worry about during our trip as Mat had organised all flights, transfers and excursions and everything went extremely smoothly. No nasty surprises so we are thankful, have wonderful memories and made new friends with other Audley travellers, who were also extremely satisfied. We are super happy and would have no hesitation in recommending Audley & Mat to others. Thank you for looking after us.

Our trip to Vietnam was fantastic from start to finish. The specialists we dealt with (James and Dan) took time to understand what we wanted from the holiday and tailored it accordingly. A wonderful trip and we will definitely be travelling with Audley again.

Excellent trip. Well organised and planned by Hannah Alderson. Gratifyingly straightforward. We have shared with Hannah ways in which it could be changed in future but our experience was really good.

Our Vietnam and Cambodia experience with Audley Travel started with Christian Le Fort, our country specialist. Our initial video call was pivotal to the success of our trip where Christian listened to our needs and preferences to then come up with an indivualised itinerary that was perfect for us. Every step along the way was easy and professional. The in country guides and drivers were outstanding and the hotels more than exceeded our expectations. An amazing bucket list trip. Hannah's passion for and knowledge of the destination was incredible, she took the time to listen to our requirements and arranged the most magical itinerary for us. Everything ran so smoothly from our transfers, tours and travel arrangements. The local partners in Cambodia & Vietnam were amazing. I can not fault the planning and execution of every detail. We spoke to Kate at Audley who was the Indian Ocean expert and she put together an excellent itinerary for us to visit the Seychelles at Easter. She took time to understand our preferences and created a plan based on her detailed knowledge of the islands. Always available to speak or respond quickly to emails, Kate really was a great help

Fantastic from the very first contact- Hannah listened to what we wanted out of our trip, provided a brilliant itinerary and worked with us to perfect it, and then delivered. We had an amazing time on the trip and then good follow up on our return home. Would definitely use Audley again.

I’ve thought long and hard about posting this review. In November 2025 we had a wonderful trip to Kerala with Audley. It was faultless, well planned and we were so impressed that we immediately booked another tour for March 2026 upon our return-this time to the so-called Golden Triangle. The tour was again well constructed once we’d raised done initial concerns and been reallocated the specialist who’d organised the Kerala trip. We were excited about our forthcoming holiday. Unfortunately, we were flying with British Airways to Delhi via Heathrow from Manchester and the shambles of their check-in (two desks out of six open leading to enormous queues) led to us missing the last check-in call when we could have forced our way to the front. Anyway, we consequently missed the flight and contacted Audley immediately. What we didn’t realise, and Audley didn’t inform us until 7 hours later, is if you miss one flight all other outward and return bookings are immediately cancelled. There went our £10,000 holiday up in smoke. And, guess what, Audley were next to useless in trying to resolve the situation. Their staff were unable to assist in any way beyond telling us that we could go the next day for another £6,500. Terrible experience!
