I was not happy with the product they make it sound like you can easily return it, but there are so many hoops to jump through. Then I paid the return fee and then a few days later I get a message they've cancelled it. This all feels like a process designed to stop people actually returning within the time frame as there have been so many barriers
It was a great experience! The customer support is incredible. Had to spontaneously reschedule our desert safari because my wife didnt feel well and altough it was less than 48h, we could easily choose another date. Also we paid less than our fellows :)))
