Do not ship any package to them.
If you do not use "buy for me service" and do not pay for them buy for me service, they do not help you for your packages.
DO NOT ship any package to their virtual address.
Your packages never cant receive. and you will see many problems.
They do not tell you about problems. even after chat with support.
First package I shipped to my Virtual address. but package stoped in post office. they told me: (we can receive package, you must write the XXX name for the receiver, so i can receive it. we cant receive package with your written name any more.). so you must call to sender. they change the receiver name. wait about 3 weeks. and ... and pay to auction courier fees about 20 usd, so they got it.
When i shipped the second package with the updated receiver name (i got it from the support). The package will be stopped in the post office again.
NOW they told me (we can not receive any packages via ru post). I asked to help me, they told me (we will pick up your package from post this mondey for you FREE).
They told me we will pick it up this monday. but after monday, they told me we will get it next monday. but after next mondey they told me we will get it next monday After the next monday, they told me: that manager promise to help you, is not in the work and will back to work the next monday, and ... But after 1 month , they did not pick up the package.
They told me we changed my warehouse and I'm in a new city now. And there is no way to receive your package in old city. (after 1month). and also they told me (that manager promise you to help you finished work with us now, we cant help you any way, you must return your package and ship new to new warehouse)
So I lost my time. i lost my money i lost many thing.
It was a birthday gift. but i cant deliver it to my family on birth date.
Because of their mistakes.

Thank you for your review, we cant understand your situation without order data. We have a lot of clients who send to the post office or courier warehouse (popular in Russia), we do not pick up parcels (we did not pick them up before) at the post office, because it takes a lot of time, especially in Moscow, it takes about 4 hours to receive parcels, please do not compare your city with Moscow. Now we take a payment for pick up.
The price for receiving parcels in Russia: Using the address for purchases 3 euros, repackaging parcels up to 5 kg (including a combined package) 9 euros, up to 10 kg 18 euros, shipping rates are shown on the website. If you need assisted purchase, our commission is 7% + bank fee (show in the order), we check: the site or company for honesty, delivery to the door, form of payment, sometimes need to pay in cash to courier, sometimes you have to call the courier company, for delivery to the door, etc.)
For purchases at auctions, add boards, we offer the help of our WhatsApp manager.
Often, many customers abuse PayPal payment and try to return money after the goods arrive at the warehouse (they did not like the goods, changed their mind, the shipping cost is more expensive than the goods). PayPal is not widespread in Russia, and few stores not accept PayPal payment, so we ask clients pay to bank account (show on site). We hope for the understanding of customers, when ordering goods, we will try to show all the costs for a purchase in a specific country.
