No aftercare after they’ve taken your money
Unfortunately I have never experienced aftercare as bad as this. The very expensive intratone intercom system they have installed keeps coming up with faults and this company does not care once they have got their money. I have been waiting for them to send an engineer to sort out the last problem I had with the system for about 5 months now. Very stressful trying to get in contact with them to fix any problems after they have been fully paid.
