Unfortunately I have never experienced aftercare as bad as this. The very expensive intratone intercom system they have installed keeps coming up with faults and this company does not care once they have got their money. I have been waiting for them to send an engineer to sort out the last problem I had with the system for about 5 months now. Very stressful trying to get in contact with them to fix any problems after they have been fully paid.

I am the Facilities Manager in a Secondary School and this is my first time using Aurora UK Group (AUKG).
They responded to a request to look at a faulty AOV immediately and were onsite within two hours. They diagnosed the fault and a repair was carried out the following week.
The call out charge was more than reasonable, especially compared to some of the extortionate prices we were quoted by other companies. Alex the engineer was polite and professional and working with Pavlo to arrange the work was how customer service should be. I cannot recommend this company enough.
They will now be our go to company and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Pavlo and his team have done a first class job of fitting electric window openers to the sash windows in my parents' flat. The engineer was tidy, punctual and completely professional and my parents are delighted with the results. The motors are fitted neatly, with all electrical trunking and necessary wall boxes being fitted discreetly. Most importantly, it all works exactly as intended!

Very professional service from start to finish. I wish all intreractions with tradespeople were this easy.
