Sold Defective Espresso Machines and Refused to Cover Return Shipping Costs
I recently purchased two espresso machines from this company, paying a total of 4050 DKK, plus an additional 1600 DKK for delivery. Upon receiving them, I was incredibly disappointed to find that one machine was leaking water and unusable, while the second machine had two groups, with one completely defective. None of this was mentioned in the product descriptions—they were sold as fully functional.
When I reached out to the company, their solution was for me to return the machines for a refund. However, they refused to cover the return shipping, meaning I would have to pay another 1600 DKK out of pocket to send back the faulty products they sold me. I find this unacceptable. They should be taking responsibility for selling defective items and not passing additional costs onto their customers.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, I´m sitting with 100 KG of Garbage with a choice to either throw them away or pay an additional 1600 DKK to send it back.
I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing used products from them because apparently they do not check them at all,

In relation to shipping, we would like to emphasize that we at Auktionshuset dab do not handle shipping directly and cannot take responsibility for any problems that may arise with the external shipping companies. All agreements on freight are made between the buyer and the freight company, and we recommend that you contact a professional company to have larger items shipped.
Inspection of the items is always possible before purchase, and we inform about pick-up days and locations during each auction so that customers have the opportunity to inspect the items before purchase. It is important that this information is checked carefully to ensure that everything is in order.
We are of course sorry that the items did not live up to expectations and we would like to encourage you to contact us directly so we can find a solution that suits you best.

I'm trying to bid on a chair. Press bid, a message appears "An automatic bid happened." (or such). Then I bid again, then another message ("someone was faster"). I check the history of bids, there are only 2, one automatic, one mine.
I am doing this as 00:24, there's no possibility that someone else is interested in exactly the same chair (there are 200 available).
I try another item. Same problem.
Assuming that the history of bids is buggy, why can't I also automatically bid ?
Create Account. I am asked to put a password of a with capital letter, 8 chars, numbers. It works only in a specific way. It looks like a bug.
Not sure if bad intention or crappy website.
