I bought 2 computer monitors from Auktionssalg via the Swedish site Tradera. The first one was delivered and worked fine. No complaints there. Second one delivered without proper packaging, just some thin black plastic wrapping and sure enough the LCD Screen was damaged when I got it. I sent a message to Auktionssalg about the faulty product but they refused to answer me at all so I had to revert to filing a complaint with Tradera who then blocked Auktionssalg from their site and now after first shipping back the unit to the seller, getting it sent back to me since Auktionssalg refused to receive it and then sending it on to Tradera I got my money back from Tradera. So - I cannot recommend buying any sort of fragile product at all from Auktionssalg due to the poor packaging procedure that they use and how they choose to neglect their customer after their sale.
