I have already placed two orders with Aumille, and I am very happy with them. The quality is excellent, delivery is fast (except once during Black Friday), and the price–quality ratio is very good. Highly recommended.

I ordered the cardholder, and everything went perfect. It came in a little box and it looked amazing! Definitely would buy there again!

I'm honestly confused and upset for those who are claiming that the items never came. I bought a jumper from aumille and it took less than it said it would for it to come to my house (UK) . The product is amazing and good quality. The only thing i would say is that the jumper looks slightly different in person so they do need to work on that, but aside from that amazing experience.

Placed an order on the 28th November and have still haven't received my item and it's now January!
I have emailed the company via every email address they provide, multiple times, and have not had a response!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered december 3rd been over a month, still no tracking info or updates.

All products amazing just import charge to the UK is very expensive

Order placed 30th November. Payment taken, no delivery, poor communication and no way to call them. Do not recommend at all….

I felt that i got treated very well by Aumille. The delivery time was what I expected it to be for a shipment between countries, not to long. I got updated frequently on my delivery, for example if it was a little delayed because of chrismas rush. Very good quality on the pryduct and very good tips for size.

I placed an order on 28 November and have not received my order.
Customer service did respond, but only after many days and emails. The replies were unhelpful. I was never provided with a shipping tracking number, so I have no way to verify if the order was ever shipped.
The lack of clear communication and transparency has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Do not buy anything from Aumille! They sent us the wrong size hoodie than the one we ordered and it is impossible to get in touch with their customer service. We tried to mail them so many times the last month but they completely ghosted us. Not a word from them!

I paid for express post ( delivered within 3 working days) . €11.99. Never received my parcel. Zero response from customer service . Will never purchase from this company . Doesn’t matter how good product is . Terrible customer service. Do not use 😡

I and my close friends recently placed orders with Aumille during one of their many fake advertised sale, I was especially excited for some holiday gifts. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite seeing bad reviews I went ahead, the products were never shipped, and I’ve received no communication or updates from the company. It’s especially disheartening during the Christmas season when people rely on timely deliveries and have little funds. It feels like they have collected payments without any intention of fulfilling orders. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from them. To top it off they keep advertising sales without shipping products, clearly this company will liquidate in the new year

Still waiting for tracking and answer for customer service … nothing ….

Terrible company I ordered a Cardigan on the 28th November and still haven’t received it…..after several emails I eventually got a response saying there was a delay due to Black Friday. I have since sent several emails asking for a refund - no response. An Appalling way to treat customers especially when a lot of people will be ordering Christmas presents….i have lost hope of it arriving in time Christmas. Why take peoples money if u have no intention of sending the products !!!

Stay far away. Ordered a month and a half ago and order hasn’t even been shipped.

Ordered on 28th November and by 19th December the item had still not been dispatched. I contacted customer service multiple times and only received the same copy-and-paste response saying it was a busy period and the order would be shipped “in the coming days.” No tracking, no dispatch, no clear answers.

Due to the delays and poor service, I cancelled the order. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.

Ordered a cardigan jacket which states fast uk shipping on 8 December. Still not been despatched. Have emailed to be told Black Friday and holiday were causing delays. Informed them twice that the website did not say this and item still on there still states fast dispatch date. Have asked how I cancel order and receive refund (twice) and received no answer. Do not order from this company. I see many reviews on here state similar issues.

Forget them. Ordered a jacket that came with a hole in a seam. Says they have a 14day refund policy with broken items. Didn’t even reply, stay away from them.. Jacket went straight into the bin, and clothing lenght doesn’t even match the website.

Still waiting... Ordered a jacket on 1.12.2025 for grandson with expectation of delivery within a week. Plenty of time for delivery for Xmas. I really dislike ordering from sites I don't know but this was the jacket he wanted.

My instinct was correct - I have heard nothing but a confirmation about the order. After contacting them via the website 3 times, still nothing. I have just tried to email. There is no contact number for them to call. No response whatsoever. I notice the same item is saying delivery on 17.12.2025. Really? Please rethink your purchase
