Aunt Betty and my follow up to $1033 seat selection non upgrade

Never use this subsidiary of Flight centre ,
Aunt Betty
I received an email from Cris from customer support only because of and thanks to Trustpilot today .
A quick catch up I paid $1033 for up graded seats as didn’t get up graded seats I was refunded $513 keeping $520 of our money . Crises response was I picked the economy seats and there are no seats left anyway!!!
So please explain how picking economy seats is $520 . Who is pocketing the money . Please explain how selecting economy seats comes to $$520 .
Aunt Betty a subsidiary to Flight centre only replied because of these Trust Pilot reviews and haven’t responded to my 9 emails . I hope they respond with an explanation so I can pass it on in my next post .

AVOID AVOID AVOID

There are so many problems with this company i dont know where to start but will just give you an idea.
You can never get though to them on the phone with problems.
They have an inefficient website that told me my pAyment had not gone through so when i redid it later they made a duplicate booking charging me twice over $2000 Australian . The cancellation fee is A $1183 . You cant do anything about it as they Re based in the Phillipines but the parent company are flight centre so on principle i will never deal with them again either .
I wish I had looked into them first . So buyer beware ignore this at your peril . I am only trying to prevent others from making my mistake . I note that they often respond as though they Are not T fault but that is part of the scam
