Absolute fraud and a joke. I have loved Auntie Ann's everywhere I go but yesterday is bad. The size of the pretzel is so thin where they sold me for 3.80. There is literally nothing to it and is soo hard. I literally threw it away because of how hard it was.

Marketing that you make 'Thick Shakes' is a lie. A large bubblegum milkshake was 3 teaspoon sized scoops mixed with Asda's semi-skimmed milk. That's it. Flavoured milk. For £5.50. Worst shake ever.

Given an amazing sample of the vanilla pretzels so we went to buy two pretzels, and redeemed the free drink voucher. The lady took our order, I ordered a tea with mine. She put milk in my tea without asking how I like it (I don’t drink milk) but the bad service made it feel almost impossible to protest.
We asked for two bags as we were going separate ways, and were refused it twice. We then asked again and were told we’d have to pay 30p!!! For a small paper bag.

It is what it is .... a Pretzel take away cabin in a wind tunnel alley. £4.50 for cinnamon sugary coated pretzel (it was warm - the pretzel). Nothing special although if you like sugar treat then maybe that's fine.

Says open until 8pm but closed at 4.50pm 🤷‍♀️ make up your mind! At least up date the website to correct times or have a word with the staff.

Greasy, too salty and sweet at the same time... honestly might be the worst food item I've ever put into my mouth.. and at £4.50 a pop. May as well have thrown my money straight into the bin.

I already ordered and i think i got wrong one that i want. Then i go back to ask them but the oldest lady on the cashier today block the boy who gonna answer me and tell him to not answer. I don’t know what wrong with them. I just wanna ask them if it’s wrong i’ll order more. But!! No more and i’ll never come back!

I recommend. Very kind staff. I buy bagels every morning, very good, fresh and delicious.

I did not like waiting for 10 minutes when I knew what I wanted and when I was in the middle of telling the person what I wanted I was ignored this sort of attitude is unacceptable

Best jalapeño pretzel I had the staff was so clam and nice asking for dips and drinks I didn’t want anything as just the pretzel for my self there was an indian staff was so nicely Handel the customers it was a long queue and she was there to help but there I see a man shouting at her while she was managing the things by her self was nice to see of her

I would have given 5 stars until I saw the state of the floor at the Cheltenham Branch in the Arcade.

Brought the usual delicious pretzel dog which was expensive for £5.00. I sat down on the seating provided opposite the counter and was disgusted at the state of the floor behind the counter. (The door was open). Unfortunately I cannot upload photos as evidence.

The floor is filthy and it is not hygienic. What else is dirty that the customer cannot see and is hidden. I question the hygiene at this place. It was quiet when I was there, why was it not cleaned. Staff could also slip on the mess.

This has stopped me buying from there now as who knows what else is dirty behind the scenes and hidden. Disgusting.

Too expensive! No options for smaller portions. Just another fast food outlet with poor service, and intent on expanding the nations waistline.
Don’t be persuaded to buy there, sometimes tasty offerings, theyre just making you obese.
Very unhealthy option!

I love aunt Anne’s especially the one in Victoria centre in Nottingham, I always get served by a lovely lady she smiles every time it makes my morning even when I have to wait for my food to be made freshly

The food contain hair on the food and staff did not want to replace or make refund. Very impolite and unprofessional staff, here is always issue while serving.
Bad customer service, I made action against issue as this is not admissible.

This is my favourite place and I usually get 5/6 of the hot dogs with cheese and jalapeño. Yes they are expense at almost £5 each. I had received a birthday treat voucher on the app which is valid till 13/07 but the person at the till said they are not honouring them at the moment! Why send the voucher then?

£4.60 for a cinnamon pretzel! Nearly threw up on my five pound note as I was handing it over. Wish I had now! Monetary debt aside, the taste was basic and the pretzel could have fit in the small pocket of my jeans... You know the one inside the main pocket? That one.
If all else fails, at least they have customer service spot on right? Wrong!
He said something but couldn't quite hear him past the prison-like screen they had up and the mask he was wearing. Maybe he said the pretzel was £1.60 and I misheard him.
Enjoy that £3 on a Tesco meal deal my friend!

Completely overpriced for what I received. Ridiculous amount of money for a pretzel. Good flavour and taste but too expensive. £4.80 almost had a heart attack when they asked me to pay. Will never be going back unless someone else pays for me:/ overall terrible experience

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place. Manager and assistant both have bad attitudes. Watched them bully a member of staff in front of customers. It was so bad this member of staff was in tears. Other staff were bullying other staff members. I was so shocked and disgusted I will never go to this place again. Anyone reading this should avoid. Staff were obviously not trained in their products or how to treat the public and that includes the manager who is nothing more than a self righteous sexist thing who should be sacked.

My favourite place to order breakfast.
