I noticed an add on Facebook for a promotion but lost it. When I called in the agent was very helpful and locating the promotion, but once my card was declined due to potential fraud (I get it and glad they were looking out) he became VERY pushy. Wanted me to use another card, or bank account. Telling me the promotion might not be available tomorrow and continued every script he has been taught to SELL, SELL, SELL. This was very off-putting and not a company I will do business with. I don't necessary believe it was the agent I spoke withs fault as much as it is the company in general. They may be an amazing company at what they do, but their sell process is awful.

I signed on for your service on Saturday online and the process was seamless. I took you up on your offer to speak with an expert on how to maximize the tool. The meeting was scheduled for 1100 2/10/26 with Karrington P. It's 1112 now. This was scheduled for 15 minutes which 1 is now remaining. I emailed Karrington and received no response. Do what you say you're going to do or tell me why you can't and reschedule.

Try to cancel in the first 2 weeks, and cancel online, but I'm not sure why, it won't go through.
Messed up to cancel again in the first month, canceled now, and asked for a refund. "For security reasons, refunds cannot be processed via e-mail support".

I had this never ever, calling for a cancellation and refund?? I sit outside the US, and now i need to call overseas?
Then they reject the refund after calling them, so software is completely useless if you are not using it in the US, and then you need to spend hours to ask for a refund.

Still nothing still missed call backs still account locked despite the last review them saying that they would unlock. Over £100 for the ‘free trial” and only way to cancel is to call America at over £4 a minute! Beware if you are in UK ss the placate but don’t act and just respond saying they will deal with it if you put UK escalation in subject but they then reply saying can’t do it you have to call! Sham!!

White glove service responded very quickly and walked me through the identity theft reporting process with all 3 credit card companies and filed a report in 1.5 hours. Olivia was fantastic

I'm glad I found out about your company on the Internet. I used to be with LifeLock which I payed 3 times to rate y'all charge and got less service for my money. Plus you take care of everything like data brokers, which I had to do all of the work myself. Your company is a God send in my book.

How can I trust a company with actually keeping my data safe when it can't even recognize that I have made a purchase for one of your subscriptions? I made a purchase to one of your plans and after I entered my email address your system said I already RECOGNIZED THAT I ALREAY HAD AN ACCOUNT TIED TO THE EMAIL I USED. WHICH BY THE WAY, IS BECAUE I A HAD TRIAL THAT I SUBSCRIBED TO QUITE A.WHILE AGO. NOW IT THEN ASKED ME IF I WANT TO USE THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN. WHICH I DID CONFIRM THAT I DID.THEN AFTER LOGGING IN ,IT TELLS ME THAT I HAVENT CONFIRMED MY EMAIL ADDRESS YET? . SO AFTER CONFIRMING THE EMAIL AND FINALLY WBLE TON LOG INTO MY ACCT ,YOUR IDIDOTIC SYSTEM DIDNT OBVIOUSLY RECOGNIZE THAT I ALREADY MADE A PURCHASE AND ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO MAKE ONE ANYWAYS!!. Devin D. (Loyalty Dept). provided excellent customer service. I have been an “ID Guard” consumer for both myself and my spouse for decades. I was shocked when I got an email raising my rate almost $100 unless I gave 24 hrs notice to cancel (rate email increase came from Aura came in at 11:58 pm on 1/25 (a day and 58 mins late for me to cancel my subscription — did I hear my husband ( a retired attorney say “class action”? But I called and Devin was very professional and informative at all times. He guided me to the same plan we had at a lower price AND UNDERSTOOD that Aura was in a precarious position/still remained very professional (I know this as I was at executive level in both AT&T and GE for decades.). Devin attended to my issues and solved them while remaining loyal to AURA.
Someone, in at least management level, needs to recognize his expertise. Case #02638676

Pleased how it is easy, to upload the program, easy to follow instructions. I was honestly shocked because I have a program that I ready pay for that says that it guards my information, and credit, so needless to say I was shocked. at the issues that showed Up, I thought they were resolved. If your membership lapses or expires, getting access back to your host account is seamless; but for anyone else who had an account through the host account, it takes an act of congress, even if you've already paid the renewal fee for a family or couple's plan. If you choose to simplify things by downgrading to separate individual plans, good luck getting a refund for the family plan!
